With the development of science and technology, the state of coal mine is better and better, but the problem of occupational hazard is more and more serious. According to occupational disease report in recent years, the occupational disease incidence of each industry is on the rise, in each kind of occupational disease, pneumoconiosis incidence is the most serious, accounts for larger proportion of incidence and the report number, the number of pneumoconiosis disease every year tends to tens of thousands, which has a significant impact on coal mine and coal miners' psychology, and caused attention of the society from all walks of life.Based on the study of the occupational disease inductive factors of coal mine, the paper used Delphi method to determine coal occupational hazard evaluation index system, this system has six first-level indicators,which included: the overall layout and process equipment,construction of hygiene and auxiliary room, occupational disease inductive factors,occupational hazard prevention, individual protection, occupational health management; 24 secondary indexes, which included: the overall layout, process equipment; construction of hygiene, auxiliary chamber; the productive dust, chemical factors, physical factors; dust-proof facilities, gas-proof facilities, noise-proof facilities, high temperature-proof facilities,damp-proof and cold-proof facilities, vibration-proof facilities; types and parameters of individual protective equipment configuration, management system and implementation of individual protective equipment; organizations and personnel of occupational health management, occupational health management system, informing of occupational hazards,occupational health training, monitoring of occupational health, emergency rescue measures,warning labels, occupational health archives management, funds of occupational disease prevention and control. The paper Used analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the index weight, and used the extension matter-element theory to build coal mine occupational hazard evaluation model, finally, the paper evaluated the occupational disease hazards of a coal mine in shaanxi, to verify that the results in conformity was the same as the occupational health examination survey results.Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and extension matter-element method in the process of application are all joined the man-made factors, but at the same time,in the process of using the mathematics method, which combined qualitative and quantitative methods, as a result, the influence of artificial factors were reduced so as to increase the credibility of evaluation results. The coal occupational disease hazard evaluation model we studied in this paper could provide the gist for coal occupational disease hazard evaluation.
