| ObjectiveTo discuss the protecting hepatic injury effects of Yinchenhao Decoction on elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis.MethodsChoose 56 patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis in our hospital. They were divided into the experiment group(28 patients) and the control group(28 patients) with the order of medical treatment. All thepatients received the PTCD, and anti-inflammatory treatment、liver protection therapy with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate for Injection. The patients of experiment group take Yin-chenhao soup based on conventional therapy. The contents of ALT、AST、TBTLI、DBILI、 WBC、CRP were observed at pretherapy and 3 days、5 days、7days after treatment, and we also compared the hospitalization time of each group. And the comparison of the next surgery and the total length of stay. Results The contents of Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), serum total bilirubin (TBIL), serum direct bilirubin (DBIL), leucocyte count, blood C-reactive protein in two groups were all significantly lower after treatment than pretherapy (P<0.05); the contents of ALT、AST、TBTLI、leucocyte count, blood C-reactive protein in experiment group were all significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05). But leucocyte count, blood CRP values were not statistically different (P>0.05).Conclusion PTCD is the effective treatment in the treatment of elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis; Yinchenhao Decoction has heat clearing and dampness resolving effect, is suitable for treating hepatobiliary damp heat type acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis; Yinchenhao Decoction Combined with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage in treatment of elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis were better, the elderly acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis in patients with serum ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL content decreased faster, shorten the hospitalization time of patients. |
