With the development of social economy and health care, women and children health care is paid more and more attention by people. Maternal health care is the main part in the work of maternal and child health. Maternal health literacy to improve the prevention and treatment of all kinds of pregnancy complications, complications, and ultimately reduce maternal and fetal mortality has important significance. Popularizing prenatal health education and improving maternal health literacy has become an important issue the medical workers are facing. Objective:Through a questionnaire survey of a hospital in Changchun hospitalized pregnant women, this subject intends to understand the situation of prenatal health education, master the maternal and child health literacy,analyze the influence factors, put forward measures and suggestions and provide the basic information for the formulation of relevant policies. Method:500 maternal cases hospitalized in July to October in 2015 years in a Changchun's maternity hospital were randomly selected as the research object, using a questionnaire to understand the basic situation of the maternal and child health literacy level, and the health status of postpartum mothers and infants are followed up. This subject was using Epidata3.0 software to establish a database and using SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis. Single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression were used in the measurement data, and the dose data were analyzed by chi square test and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis, and ? =0.05 was used as the test level. Result:1. It's a total of 151 people regularly participating in the pregnant women's school courses, accounting for 30.4%. 190 people never take part in the pregnant women's school course, accounting for 38.2%. A total of 156 people occasionally attend the pregnant women's school course, accounting for 31.4%. Pregnancy health information sources in the top five are books, elders experience, medical staff, and television network.2. According to the single factor analysis of variance, pregnant women's scores in the dimension of the knowledge and the concept increased, with the increase of age. With the increase of family income, maternal scores in this dimension decreased. The scores of pregnant women participated in pregnant women's school in this dimension were significantly higher than those who did not participate in this school.3. Through the single factor analysis of variance, there are remarkable differences in the level of life style and behavior among different educational levels, the higher the degree of education, the higher the score. Maternal with different family income in this dimension scores also have remarkable differences. With family income at 5000 yuan / month and more, maternal scores are the highest, with income lower than 2000 yuan / month maternal have the lowest scores. The average score of maternal regularly attending the pregnant women's school is 6.7 points, the average score of those who occasionally paticipated in the school is 6.01 points, and the average score of those never attended is 5.61 points, the difference was statistically significant.4. According to single factor analysis of variance, with the increase of family income, maternal in the basic skills dimension scores decreased, The average score of maternal regularly attending the pregnant women's school is 5.23 points, the average score of those who occasionally paticipated in the school is 5.15 points, and the average score of those never attended is 4.74 points, the difference was statistically significant.5. Through single factor analysis of variance, maternal health literacy of the overall pass rate also increased, with the increase of age. The qualified rate of maternal, with higher family income, health literacy is higher, and the difference of the qualified rate of maternal health literacy among different family income was statistically significant. The qualified rate of maternal, who could regularly attend the school for pregnant women, health literacy can become up to 98.01%, which is significantly higher than that of the maternal who occasionally or never participate in the pregnant women's school.6. Through multivariate analysis, age, family income and participation in pregnant women's school are the influence factors of maternal knowledge and concept dimension scores. Age, educational level, family income, and participating in pregnant women's school are the influence factors of maternal life style and behavior scores. Age, educational level, family income and participation in pregnant women's schools are the influence factors of the maternal basic skills dimension scores. Age and participation in pregnant women's school are the influence factors of the qualified cases of maternal health literacy.7. The proportion of maternal of qualified health literacy, choosing to breast feeding, is significantly higher than that of unqualified health literacy.8. The proportion of natural delivery of maternal of qualified health literacy is significantly higher than that of unqualified health literacy.9. The proportion of maternal of qualified health literacy with good sleep during pregnancy is significantly higher than that of unqualified health literacy. Conclusion:1.The proportion of women receiving regular prenatal education is low, and the prevalence rate of the pregnant women school needs to be improved.2. The maternal could better master the basic skills than the way of life and behavior cognition.3. Age, family income and participation in pregnant women's school may be the influence factors of maternal knowledge and concept dimension scores.4. Age, educational level, family income, participation in pregnant women's school, smoking and drinking may be the influence factors of maternal's life style and behavior dimension scores.5. Age, educational level, family income and participation in pregnant women's school may be the influence factors of the maternal's basic skills dimension scores.6.Age and participation in pregnant women's school may be the influence factors of maternal and infant health literacy.7.With qualified health literacy, the maternal more incline to choose natural childbirth and breast feeding.
