Study On The Current Situation Of Health Education And Health Promotion In Rencheng District In 2018

[Objectives]Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the health education and health promotion in Reneheng in 2018 were studied.To understand the health literacy level of Rencheng residents and analyze the factors that affect it,so as to provide basis for further improving of the health literacy level of Rencheng residents.At the same time,to summarize experiences and shortcomings,so as to put forward further ideas for the future health education publicity work and the construction of health promotion demonstration zones in Rencheng District.[Methods]In this study,qualitative and quantitative surveys were used to investigate the status of health education and health promotion m Rencheng district in 2018.Survey tools included key personnel interview and questionnaire survey.For key personnel interview,we designed corresponding interview outlines for key personnel of the district government,health and health bureau,health education institute,township health center,and community health service center.During the interviews,we used recording mobile phone to record the interview process.One administrative village(neighborhood committee)was randomly selected by pure random sampling method in the township(street).In each selected administrative village(neighborhood committee),according to the mechanical sampling method,100 households were selected and 90 households were investigated.If there are less than 100 households in the village,it can be combined with the adjacent groups.In each of the selected households,one permanent resident aged 15-69 was selected according to KISH table method and a total of 1800 people were investigated.The questionnaire was designed according to 66 items of health literacy.Before the survey,using two rounds ofDelphi method,the research program and the item setting of the questionnaire were discussed and modified,and the key indicators were asked repeatedly in the questionnaire or the same questions were set mtwo questionnaires for multiple answers.Epidata3.1 was used to establish a database to collect and input data,and SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the data for single-factor analysis and stepwise forward multi-factor Logistic regression analysis.[Results]Health education and publicity of Rencheng District residents in 2018The number of Rencheng Distric health institutions and health commissioners appointed in 2018:there were 487 institutions in charge of health education in 2018,with 1,391 health commissioners in each institution.Health education publicity:44 times of business guidance and training,800 person times of training.The rates of community ownership of health education publicity columns in Rencheng District and rural health education publicity columns were 97.5%and 71.5%respectively,and the coverage rates of health education network communities and rural areas were 96.3%and 67%,respectively.2 Health literacy level of Rncheng District residents in 2018In 2018,there were 932 people with health literacy and 441 people without,and the health literacy level(possession rate)was 69.4%.According to different dimensions,there were 897 residents with health knowledge and ideological literacy and 446 residents without,the health literacy levelof this dimension was 66.8%.There were 1018 residents with health skills and literacyand 325 residents without,the health literacy level of this dimensionwas 75.8%.There were 710 residents with healthy behavioral literacy and 633 residents without,and the health literacy levelof this dimension was 52.9%.3 Influence factors of health literacy of Rencheng District residents in 2018In terms of overall health literacy,single-factor analysis shows that ethnic group(?2=8.161,P=0.004),residence(?2=11.997,P<0.001),age(?2=16.895,P<0.001),cultural level(?2=108.000,P<0.001),occupation(?2=65.794,P<0.001),family annual income(?2=47.044,P<0.001),average weekly exercise times(?2=12.629,P<0.001)and average exercise time(?2?9.793,P<0.001)were the influencing factors.Multi-factor analysis shows that educationlevel,occupation,family annual incomeand average exercise time have an impact on residents' overall health literacy.In terms of health knowledge and intellectual literacy,univariate analysis showed thatresidence(?2=117.672,P<0.001),age(?2=12.514,P=0.002),education(?2=93.717,P<0.001),occupation(?2=58.873,P<0.001),family annual income(?2=32.074,P<0.001),average weekly exercise times(?2=11.436,P<0.003),and physical feeling during normal physical exercise(?2=15.597,P<0.001)were the influencing factors.A multi-factor analysis showed that education,occupation,familysize,annual householdincomeand generalphysical feelings during exercisewere the influencing factors.Single-factoranalysissho wsthatage(?2=12.238,P=0.002),education(?2=58.470,P<0.001),occupation(?2?32.030,P<0.001),annualfamily income(?2=34.652,P<0.001),annual family medical expenditure(?2=9.543,P=0.008),averagenumber of weekly exercisesO(?2=9.7205,P=0.008),average exercise time per exercise(?2=15.716,P<0.001)andphysical feeling during normal physical exercise(?2=7.9365 P=0.019)were the factors that influencing the level of health skills of the residents.The multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing residents' health skill level were education level,annual household incomeand physical sensation during exercise.In the aspect of health behavior literacy,single-factor analysis shows that thenational(?2=21.762,P<0.001),residence(?2?21.414,P<0.001),age(?2=17.835,P=0.001),culturallevel(?22=28.293,P<0.001),oeeupation(?2=19.689,P<0.001),annual incomeoffamily(?2=9.579,P=0.008),generalphysical feeling during physicalexercise(?2=22.899,P<0.001)and nearly 12months,whether have a physical examination(?2=30.685,P<0.001)is the influencing factors.Multivariate analysis shows that the national,residence,cultural level,occupation,annual income of family,annual medical expenditure of family,physical feeling of physical exerciseand the health examination in recent 12 monthswere the influencing factors of health behavior literacy.[Conclusions]1.In 2018,the residents of Rencheng District generally had certain health literacy,and there were some differences in the level of health literacy among residents of different dimensions.2.Rencheng District residents have certain health literacy.There are obvious differences in health literacy levels in different dimensions.The level of health knowledge and philosophy and health skills are relatively high,and the level of health literacy behavior is relatively low.There is a problem of health knowledge and skills being transformed into health behaviors.Specific intervention measures shall be formulated in the future health education and health promotion work.3.Age,residence,education level,occupation,annual family income,annual family medical expenditure and general physical feeling during exercise all have different degrees of influence on health literacy.Health education and health promotion intervention should be strengthened for the elderly,remote residents,farmers and low-income families.
