Clinical Effect Of Tuina Combined With Tianma Gouteng Yin On Cervical Vertigo

Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tuina combined with Tianma Gouteng Yin modified in cervical vertigo.Method:80 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Tuina combined oral medicine group and Tuina group,40 cases in each group. Patients in Tuina group were treated with manipulation, while the others were treated with points of the neck combined with dialectical modified Tianma Gouteng Yin. We compared the clinical symptoms, functional assessment score and TCD before and after the treatment, and analyzed the clinical efficacy of Tuina combined with Tianma Gouteng Yin modified in cervical vertigo.Result:Tuina combined with Tianma Gouteng drink modified showed a therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo. There were significant differences in clinical symptoms, functional assessment score and TCD after treatment. The clinical effectiveness of Tuina combined with Tianma Gouteng drink modified was significantly higher than Tuina group.Yin have a therapeutic effect on cervical vertigo, mainly in eliminating vertigo symptoms, neck pain, headaches, anxiety and improving blood supply of the the vertebral basilar artery, relieving inflammatory reaction of local muscle spasm. Moreover, the method of Tuina combined oral Tianma Gouteng Yin is simple, safe and stable.Therefore, Tuina combined with Tianma Gouteng Yin has an effective treatment method on cervical vertigo.
