Objective:To analyze the specific clinical application and treatment experience of related prescriptions based on the profound understanding of Chinese doctors in the treatment of this disease, and to clarify the observation characteristics of clinical effect changes and its influence on plasma CGRP by the application of Tianma Gouteng Yin prescription in the treatment of hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang combined with the latest literature in relevant fields.Research methods:The time period was selected from November 2021 to December 2022,and the subjects were patients who met the inclusion criteria in the cardiology outpatient department of Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during this period.Data of about 60 clinical cases were collected, and all the cases were preliminarily divided into clinical trial group and clinical control group according to randomization method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group could be given valsartan capsules orally to hypertensive patients every day to achieve the antihypertensive effect, and the experimental group was given the above Western medicine orally at the same time as the control group,to obtain the antihypertensive effect of the basic dose level, plus an appropriate amount of Tianma Gouteng decoction prescription. The condition of clinical hypertension patients in both groups usually progressed, and one-time continuous medication treatment was required, which lasted for about two weeks. The mean real-time blood pressure, clinical TC syndrome results and scores, plasma CGRP value of clinical hypertension patients in both groups should be accurately recorded and counted before, during and after each treatment. The standard form Excel(which can automatically generate synchronous input of experimental data),SPSS 26.0 data and other software were used for statistical query and comparative analysis. In the process of research and treatment, the data collection of all the data involved and all the relevant measurement data were expressed in the form of "mean value of standard deviation".In line with the normal distribution of the data, the collection of experimental group data between the comparative test can be used t test; The paired T-test was directly used for the comparison of treatment effect between the experimental group and the control group,as well as the comparison of experimental data generated before and after the experiment with related drug treatment methods. The rank sum test and other methods can also be used to compare the results and data of the two trials that do not meet the normal distribution conditions.Counting data were expressed in the form of rate and percentage using chi-square test, and rank sum test was used for those that did not meet the conditions of chi-square test. All test data differences should be expressed by the smallest number, that is,the value of P.Test difference squares with P values<0.05 are statistically significant. After the beginning of the treatment cycle, the overall decrease of clinical blood pressure in the patients with hyperactive liver-yang type of hypertension in the two groups were observed and collected at the beginning and end of the drug treatment stage respectively for a total of two weeks, and the syndrome score of TCM efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. The laboratory further tracked and found the changes in the content of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in the two groups of patients, analyzed the reasons for the changes, and analyzed the data through the database system established by SPSS 26.0,a data analysis software. The corresponding degree of big data collection and analysis is carried out in each system to further validate the application results of this experiment effectivelyResults:A total of 60 standard cases were included in this clinical study, including 30 cases in the experimental group(18 males,12 females, average age:(50.87±9.089)and 30 cases in the control group(16 males,14 females, average age:(52.30±8.205)Comparing the general experimental data of the two groups of patients in the experimental group and the control group, including several important aspects such as gender and age difference, showed P value>0.05,indicating that there was no statistical significance in gender and age difference between men and women.1.As for the blood pressure reduction value, the clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed:the clinical significant efficiency of the experimental group was about(96.67%),significantly higher than that of the control group was about(80.00%);The total efficiency of the experimental group was about(93.34%),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,about(66.67%);Chi-square test was performed on the clinical efficacy data of the experimental group and the control group at the same time, indicating that χ2=4.043,P=0.044<0.05.There was a significant individual difference in the data between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison and analysis of the integrated efficacy of TCM syndroms between the two groups:the total effective rate of the experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%);The significant effective rate of experimental group(90.00%)was higher than that of control group(60.00%);Chi-square test was performed on the clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group,indicating:χ2=5.192,P=0.023<0.05.There was a significant individual difference between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant.+3.Comparative analysis of changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure:comparison of changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups[(x±s),mmHg];paired T-test was used to compare data in the same group;Independent t test was used for comparison between different groups. The blood pressure level of the two groups after treatment was compared:the decrease of systolic blood pressure in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(t=-3.589,P=0.001<0.05);The comparison of diastolic blood pressure between the groups after treatment(t=-2.053,P=0.045<0.005)suggested that there was a significant difference between the data, and the difference was statistically significant4.Comparative analysis of TCM syndrome scores:paired t test was used for comparison within the same group;Independent t test was used for comparison between different groups.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment:the decline of TC syndrome scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(r=-3.183,P=0.03<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups of data, and the difference was statistically significant.5.Analysis of changes in plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)content:paired t test was used for comparison within the same group;Independent t test was used for comparison between different groups.Plasma CGRP content in 2 groups after treatment Comparison:The decrease of plasma CGRP content in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significance(r=-2.339,P=0.023<0.05),intra-group comparison:experimental group(t=57.818,P=0.000<0.05),control group(t=24.182,P=0.000<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups of data, the difference was statistically significant. There were no serious adverse events in either group during treatment. Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Yin has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperactive liver-yang hypertension.Meanwhile, compared with independent Western medicine antihypertensive drugs,Tianma Gouteng Yin does not increase serious adverse reactions, and is helpful to improve TCM syndrome scores and maintain stable blood pressure. It has high medicinal value and high safety. The content of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)has a certain relationship with the level of blood pressure, which can reflect the level of blood pressure.
