Discussion On The Correlation Between The Different Physique And Pulse And Pulse Parameters Of The Healthy People

Objective:By means of observation and analysis of 165 different physical health of people,s pulse and pulse parameters,in fact,I m in order to explore the relevance among pulse,pulse parameters and physical types,make up for the diagnostics of TCM constitution classification in the absence of pulse condition support,and meanwhile offer evidence of pulse and pulse parameters to the the clinical judgment of the physical type.Methods:First of all, according to the planning teaching materials of diagnostics of TCM on constitution determine relevant content,I design physical identification questionnaire.Followed,a after strict training of TCM doctor for age groups and the questionnaire survey was conducted among 165 healthy subjects.Then,I collect those peoples information of pulse and pulse parameters,with help of the ZM-III TCM intelligent portable pulse instrument, which is made in Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine.Finally, in detail I strictly analyze statistically these data in statistical software of the spss19.0 version,and explore the distribution law of pulse and pulse parameters among the Flat, Yin and Yang dirty people.Results:1. Pulse distribution law of different physical health of people in children group:majority of flat dirty people represent normal pulse and slippery pulse;majority of yang dirty people represent Frequent pulse,thready pulse and floating pulse;majority of yin dirty people represent deep pulse.So do youth group.2.Pulse parameters distribution law of different physical healthy people in children group: the parameters of the pulse figure of the Yang dirty were characterized by the rise of h1, which was significantly different from that of the flat dirty people in statistics (P<0.01);the parameters of the pulse figure of the Yin dirty were characterized by low of h1, which was significantly different from that of the flat dirty people in statistics (P<0.01).So do youth group.3.Physical type distribution law in children group:majority of children belong to yang dirty people;flat dirty people own more children than yin dirty people;physical type distribution law in youth group:majority of the young belong to flat dirty people;yang dirty people own more the young than yin dirty people.Conclusions:1. Slippery pulse and normal pulse are common in flat dirty man; rapid pulse, thready pulse and floating pulse are common in yang dirty man;deep pulse is common in yin dirty man pulse,which can provide the clinician with support on the pulse of the determination of the type of constitution.2.Pulse parameters of h1 is the reference index which distinguish physical type between yang dirty man and yin dirty man.
