Therapeutic Effect Analysis Of The Therapy Of Varus Knee And Medial Single-compartment OA By Arthroscopy Combined With MOWHTO

Objective::To investigate therapeutic effect of the Therapy of Varus Knee and Medial Single-compartment OA by Arthroscopy Combined with MOWHTO through follow-up observation.Method:Retrospective analysis.From march,2013 to march,2015,To Yannbian University Affiliated Hospital of patients undergoing surgical surgery,according to the inclusion criteria and random sampling method,27 patients were divided into arthroscopic combined with MOWHTO treatment group(Group A,n=15 knees)and simple arthroscopic control group(Group B,n = 13 knees),all patients were followed up for 12 months.Compare the HSS function score and Lysholm function score of patients in the same group 9 and 12 months before and after surgery;Compare the HSS function score and Lysholm function score of patients in two groups before surgery,3,6,9 and 12 months after surgery;Compare the X-ray erect position,the femorotibial angel,tibial plateau angel and patella position of patients in Group A 12 months before and after surgery.Result:The patients of two groups were followed.The HSS and Lysholm function scores of Group A and Group B before the surgery were compared with the HSS and Lysholm function scores of Group A and Group B 9 and 12 months after the surgery respectively.The difference was of statistical significance.(P<0.05).Compare the HSS and Lysholm function scores of Group A and Group B 12 months after the surgery.The scores of Group A were higher than Group B.The difference was of statistical significance.(P<0.05).Compare the excellent and good rate of knee joint function of two groups.The rate of Group A was higher than that of Group B.The difference was of statistical significance.(P<0.05).The knee joint function scores 12 months after the surgery of two groups were lower than the score 9 months after the surgery.Compare the average value of femorotibial angel,tibial plateau angel and patella position 12 months after the surgery of Group A.The difference was of statistical significance.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic combined with MOWHTO treatment of knee varus combined with medial interventricular OA short-term clinical efficacy is more satisfactory.
