Clinical Study On Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia By Zhuang Medicine Acupuncture Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland,and to explore its possible mechanism of action to clarify the clinical value of Zhuang medicine acupuncture in the treatment of breast hyperplasia,and to provide new ideas for the future development of Zhuang medicine acupuncture research.Methods: A total of 60 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into two groups: the Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment group and the common acupuncture control group.The acupoints of the treatment group were adopted with Zhuang medicine acupuncture,the acupoints of the control group were adopted with common acupuncture.All patients were treated 3 times a week,4 weeks for a course of treatment(menstrual suspension treatment),a total of 3 courses of treatment.And the points and total scores of breast pain before and after treatment were recorded.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Finally,the results were discussed and obtained.Results:The treatment group was cured in 6 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%;the control group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 80%.The difference of the two groups was statistically analyzed by P> 0.05,It can be concluded that Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment compared with ordinary acupuncture treatment of breast hyperplasia,the overall effect is quite.Compared with before treatment,after the Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment the pain of breast,the hardness of the tumor,the range of the mass,the size of the tumor,the accompanying symptoms and the total score of the symptoms,differences were statistically analyzed for P <0.05,indicating that Zhuang medicine acupuncture has a significant effect on improving the degree of breast pain,breast mass size,systemic symptoms associated with significant effect.Conclusions : 1,Zhuang medicine acupuncture and common acupuncture can be effective in the treatment of breast hyperplasia;2,Zhuang medicine acupuncture can effectively relieve breast hyperplasia caused by breast pain and other systemic symptoms associated.
