Objective: By establishing the rat model with poor ovarian reserve function,to make up for Progynova,kuntai capsule for comparison,observation of ovarian morphology,sex hormone of rats and OSM,M-CSF cytokines and other related indicators,preliminarily Zi Le Tiao Jing Decoction to improve even restore ovarian reserve function mechanism.Methods: Sexual maturity,estrus normal 70 female SD rats,with random method is divided into modules?60?and blank control group?10?.Build module in tripterygium wilfordii more glucoside piece according to the 50 mg/?kg·d?dose,15 ml?kg·d?volume 2 weeks lavage kuntai capsule,Progynova,Zi Le Tiao Jing Decoction of three dose treatment had no obvious effect on body weight of rats.Zi Le Tiao Jing Decoction can increase are the viscera index of the ovaries,uterus,increase the number of follicle and corpus luteum at all levels,reduce atresia follicles,can through the lower levels of serum FSH,LH,E2 level rising to regulate hormones,increase the OSM,M-CSF expression in ovarian tissue,promote follicular growth,this could be one of the mechanism of prevention and cure are.Kuntai capsule,Progynova,and Zi Le Tiao Jing Decoction can improve the ovarian reserve function,promote follicle growth and maturity.Zi Le Tiao Jing Decoction is dose dependent,the dose and effects of kuntai capsule,Progynova most,is the most appropriate doses in three doses.
