With the deepening of the reform of market economic system, the reform of medical system has made a great progress, but the medical institutions are still faced with the problem of the tense doctor-patient relationship. The core of the doctor-patient relationship is the trust between doctor-patient,unfortunately,now our country medical service industry has the problem of trust between doctor-patient.Because the medical service has high contact resistance, this means that in addition to the doctor’s efforts, medical services need more participation and cooperation of patients. And patient participation in medical service is unreasonable and inadequate, this is the important reason of leading to a lack of prescriptions trust of patients. In this paper,we explore the effect of patients’ participation behavior in patients’ trust.First through a detailed literature review of patients’ participation behavior, perceived control and the concept and dimensions of patient trust, and the patients’ participation behavior is divided into four dimensions: medical preparation, patient sharing, compliance, and the interaction between patients. The patients were divided into two dimensions: cognitive trust and emotional trust. At the same time, combined with the results of interviews, pre survey and small sample test, the questionnaire was modified and the related variables were obtained. Finally, the reliability, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data collected by SPSS software were used to test the theoretical model and relevant hypotheses. After the establishment of the model and the test of statistical analysis of the relevant hypotheses for empirical research, the following conclusions are drawn:1,the patients’ participation in the behavior of medical treatment, disease sharing, and the interaction between doctors and patients have a positive impact on cognitive trust and emotional trust, and compliance with the dimension of the treatment has no significant impact.Among them, the effect of medical treatment and disease sharing in the process of cognitive trust is bigger, but the interaction between doctors and patients is small. In the impact of emotional trust, the doctor-patient interaction and the disease sharing dimension has a greater impact, while the medical treatment for medical treatment is smaller.2,the patients’ participation in the behavior of medical treatment, disease sharing, compliance, and the interaction between doctors and patients have a positive impact on patients’ perception and control, which is the biggest impact on perceived control.3,perceived control not only has direct positive effect on cognitive trust and emotional trust, but also is the mediating variable of patients’ participation behavior influencing cognitive trust and emotional trust.Perceived control acts as a uncomplete intermediary role in the effect of medical preparation, patient condition sharing, the interaction between doctors and patients to cognitive trust, acts as a uncomplete intermediary role in the effect of patient condition sharing, the interaction between doctors and patients to emotional trust,in the medical treatment, acts as a complete intermediary role in the effect of medical preparation to emotional trust. Finally, based on the above research conclusions, this paper provides suggestions on how to improve the patient’s trust in medical service industry in our country from three perspectives: the ability of patients’ participation, the process of participation and the improvement of perceived control.
