Objective1. To understand the psychological resilience of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.2. To analyze the related factors of the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherap.3. To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on psychological resilience and quality of life of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy MethodsFrom November 2015 ~2016 April, a questionnaire survey was conducted in 215 patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy admitted to a hospital in Zhengzhou City, to understand the status quo of mental toughness in patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy, and analyze the related factors of quality of life. On the basis of the survey, a convenience sample of 74 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group of 38 people 36 people the control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group in the control group based on routine nursing group psychological intervention. The general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidsion Resilience Scale, quality of life scale for cancer patients psychological status before and after the intervention evaluation of patients and quality of life. The double entry of data investigation and experiment by using SPSS17.0 software package. SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The statistical methods are descriptive statistics analysis, t test, single factor and multiple linear regression analysis. Results1.The average score of mental toughness in patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy was(59.70 + 14.71). The average scores of each dimension were: tough(30.46 + 8.27) points; self strengthening(19.44 + 5.18) points; optimism was(9.81 + 2.61).2. The single factor analysis of variance showed that gender, age, educational level, family economic status, the number of chemotherapy, medical expenses, family residence and other factors had statistical significance on the influence of psychological resilience.3. The degree of education, medical expenses, mental toughness, self-efficacy, face five variables into the regression equation of patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy, combined with 27.6% of the variance in quality of life.4. Before the intervention, control group and intervention group in mental toughness, and scores of the quality of life of no statistical difference, after group psychological intervention, and compared to the control group, intervention group patients psychological resilience score, quality of life score increased significantly, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion1. Patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy patients with a positive correlation between mental toughness and quality of life.The main factors influencing the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy were education level, medical expenses, psychological resilience, self efficacy, coping style.2. Group psychological intervention based on routine care can improve the psychological resilience of patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
