| Objectives: To study the current situation of occupational self-identity and professional benefit of the nurses in tertiary hospital of Urumqi and draw the statistic analysis.Methods: 497 nurses in different nationalities chosen in tertiary hospitals of Urumqi were investigated by means of nurse’s occupational self-identity scale and professional benefit scale.Results:T The total score of occupational identity was(101.717 ± 19.366),and the total score of occupational gain was(111.394 ± 18.955),which were all at the middle and upper levels.The scores of occupational social skills and occupational frustration were higher in five dimensions,the social support is low.Of all the five occupation benefit dimensions,good nurse-patient relationship and their own growth score is higher,positive occupation perception score is low;different gender,different education level and the establishment of nurses occupational identification have no significant differences,the occupational identity and occupational benefits of nurses of different nationalities and different professional titles have no significant differences.The nurses with different levels of management,different levels of nurses’ professional identity and occupational benefits are all significantly different.(P <0.05).The occupational identity and occupational benefits of the nurses and nurses of the two levels were lower than those of the nurses of the second level nurses and the third level nurses.There was a significant positive correlation between the occupational identity of nurses and the occupational benefits(P <0.05).Conclusion: Urumqi 3 armour hospital nurses’ professional identity and professional benefit of medium level,including gender,education,and establishment of nurses professional identity and professional benefit is not large,the influence of ethnic groups,the title and nurse stratified for nurses nurse professional identity and professional level of benefit.The nurses’ occupational self-identity and professional benefit was positive correlation.To encourage them or leadthe nurses to feel the professional benefit was helpful to enhance the level of occupational self-identity and work efficienc... |
