The meaning of professional self-identity is that whether somebody holds the opinion on career objective?social value and other factors is the same as social's evaluation and expectation.Professional self-identity depends on a person ‘s working behavior and attitude,meanwhile,has an important influence on the future of the organization and stability of society.This study is on the basis of the public hospital medical staff's characteristics,learning from company staff professional identity evaluation theoretical framework to analysis the influence factors of medical staff who works in the new public outskirt hospitals.And then puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the public hospital medical staff ‘s professional self-identity,providing a reference for deepening the reform of hospital internal management systems and mechanisms.The study finds that the hygiene factors and incentive factors have a different influence of medical staff's professional self-identity.Surveyed medical staff's professional self-identity status and rules as follows: weak professional self-identity in general;hygiene factors including social compensation system,working environment,interpersonal relationship;incentive factors including title promotion,development space,vocational training and humanistic care,etc.Through the comparative study on the management style of Mayo Clinic,the integrated use of dual factors theory,puts forward the following suggestions: to improve medical staff occupational identity implementing scientific salary distribution system,the establishment of harmonious interpersonal network,improve the working environment,management practices in product development,giving Kevin promotion,strengthening work sense of responsibility,encourage employees to work in the challenging.
