Objective: Using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) to analysis patients with limb spasm after cerebral infraction through drafting technology combined with acupuncture, alba fiber tracts anisotropic characteristics and corticospinal tract (CST) damage recovery, provide certain scientific basis for drafting technology curative effect. Methods:Recruiting 30 muscle spasm after stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups, with acupuncture combining physical therapy and simple acupuncture therapy as a contrast, respectively before and after treatment for DTI scan. By DTI scanning acquisition by lesions in DTI fiber bundle features original image input of the workstation (Advantage Worksmfion, GE), anisotropic scores obtained with Functool software (FA) and the average amount of dispersion (MD). Use Functool of workstation software, through in the FA and interested in MD placed in the image area (region of interest. The ROI) method to obtain the FA and the MD value.Result:1.Ashworth score difference between the two groups of patients before treatment had no statistical significance, Ashworth score in both groups after treatment than before treatment reduced (P< 0.01).2. In Each group patients, FA value of Infarcts area were lower than that of the corresponding normal area (P< 0.05),MD value of Infarcts area were lower than that of the corresponding normal area, but the difference was not statistically significant.3. Before and after treatment group than control group in infarction area FA value difference is more significant, with statistical significance (P< 0.05), the MD value to reduce the difference is significant, but with no statistical significance (P> 0.05).4. FA values change of two groups on bilateral corticospinal tract area had no statistical significance, p< 0.05.Conclusion:DTI can directly observe cerebral ischemia lesion location, judge infarcts areas severely damaged. DTI technique by measuring the FA value, MD, accurate objective diagnostic Wallace degeneration, make evaluation and research on cerebral infarction after Wallace degeneration caused by the changes of the ultrastructure of possible. And prove that rehabilitation and acupuncture therapy can improve the limb spasticity after a stroke, acupuncture and rehabilitation training are valid for limb spasm after the treatment of stroke treatment.
