Observation Of Shenqi Dihuang Tang’ Clinical Effects In Improving Early Nephropathy In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin)

Objective:Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD) is one of the primary causes of chronic renal failure, in order to delay the progress and reduce the harmness of DKD end stage to patients, we observe the therapeutic effects of Shengqi Dihuang Tang addition and subtraction reducing Microalbuminuria in patients with early DKD (syndrome of deficiency of qi and Yin) and its effectiveness on the improvement of clinical symptoms, so as to find the best treatment for early DKD.Methods:We choose research method of random parallel control,52 patients were selected from department of endocrinology of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese medicine in 2015,all patients were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and beloned to the syndrome differentiation of deficiency of Qi and Yin.They were randomly grouped into the control group or the treatment group.The control group received routine treatment,including the control of blood glucose, cholesterol and the treatment of primary disease,the treatment group was added in traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Shenqi Dihuang Tang addition and subtraction on the basis of conventional treatment,the same as control group.12 weeks was a treatment cycle for both two groups.Changes of Urinary albumin to reatinine ratio (ACR), micro albumin (mAlb), alpha 1 microglobulin, alpha (α1-MG) and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed and concluded.At the same time,vital signs, blood、urine、stool routine,liver and kidney function, ECG and other safety indexes were monitored.The same group before and after treatment were compared by paired t test, the group comparison using independent samples t test or independent samples of non parametric test. The level of alpha P<0.05, α=0.05 for the difference was statistically significant, P> 0.05 the difference was not statistically significant.Results:1.ACR, mALB, alpha 1-M levels of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those in the control group, (P< 0.05), the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05);2.After Shenqi Dihuang Tang addition and subtraction added to treat early DKD, mAlb patients, alpha 1-m and clinical symptom of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with treatment before (P< 0.05),this was statistically significant, and the difference of the control group was not statistically significant.3.After taking Shenqi Dihuang Decoction,26 patients’blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, ECG and other safety indicators showed no obvious abnormal, which prove the safety of Shen Qi Di Huang Tang addition and subtraction for the treatment of early DKD is good.Conclusion:1. Shenqi Dihuang Tang addition and subtraction can reduce the Microalbuminuria of early DKD; delay the progression of DKD, and the safety is guaranteed.2.Shenqi Dihuang Tang addition and subtraction can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with early DKD with syndrome differentiation of deficiency of Qi and Yin, thus improves living quality of patients.
