| Objective:To investigate the FAI of NAFL patients with different TCM constitution(qixu constitution,shire constitution,tanshi constitution)by FibroTouch,to further study the relationship between NAFL and FAI,and to provide quantitative index for TCM constitution,In order to enrich the traditional Chinese medicine clinical identification of the objective.Methods:Collected from February 2016 to February 2017 in the second people’s Hospital of Fujian of physical examination center and gastroenterology clinic which diagnosised of non-alcoholic simple fatty liver patients and Healthy people,all subjects were answed constitution questionnaire survey.And record the patient’s name,gender,age,BMI,biochemical,include function,blood lipid,blood glucose and FAI,which measured by FibroTouch.The relationship between FAI and ultrasonography,biochemistry and general clinical data of NAFL patients was analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.NAFL of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the normal healthy(pinghe constitution)of the FAI of the four groups were compared,there was statistical difference(χ2=118.532,P<0.001).The normal health group(pinghe constitution)and NAFL three kinds of physical fitness were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was a significant difference in the qixu constitution and the shire constitution and tanshi constitution(P<0.001).There was a significant difference between the shire constitution and the tanshi constitution(P<0.001).And there were significant differences in the distribution of in three kinds of NAFL with different levels of FAI(P<0.001).2.Using Logistic regression analysis,taked FAI as the dependent variable,constitution as independent.The results showed that the effect of NAFL on the FAI was statistically significant(P<0.001).By analysis of covariance,the FAI as the dependent variable,BMI as covariates,group(constitution)is a fixed factor,after adjustment for BMI,the group(constitution)P<0.001.That is,the FAI level of three kinds of NAFL has statistical difference.3.There were significant differences in FAI between mild,moderate and severe groups(χ2=78.51,P<0.001).Spearman correlation analysis showed that FAI and ultrasound grade were significantly positive correlation(r=0.853,P<0.001).4.ROC curve analysis was further used to divide109 patients with NAFL,into S1,S2 and S3 according to the light,medium and heavy weight of the ultrasonic.The AUROC of the three groups were 0.827,0.737 and 0.922,respectively.5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between FAI and BMI(correlation coefficient r=0.891,P<0.001).Further partial correlation analysis,after adjusted the liver function,blood fat,blood sugar and age,showed that FAI had a linear relationship with BMI(partial correlation coefficient=0.781,P<0.001).Conclusions:1.The FAI in three kinds of TCM constitution of NAFL was diffirented,and assessmenting FAI can help identify the TCM constitution.2.FAI was significantly correlated with ultrasound,and FAI had good diagnostic value for the severity of fatty liver. |
