Effect Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion On Shenque Insomnia Patients Sleep Function After Stroke

Objective:Changes in PSQI scores of patients with insomnia were Leihuo Shenque moxibustion in the treatment of stroke,in order to understand the sleep function,and through the observation of HAMD,ADL score change,understand the change of psychological state and the ability of daily life.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group for thunder fire moxibustion,the control group received conventional acupuncture group acupuncture insomnia.The two groups were treated in the afternoon 1 times a day,10 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.In the two groups before and after treatment with the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and daily life rating scale(ADL)score,statistical analysis by SPSS 18.0 software,the difference between the two therapies in the treatment of post-stroke patients with insomnia sleep quality,mental status and daily the ability of life.Results:1.of the two groups of Pittsburgh sleep quality index before and after the treatment,the scale(PSQI)and the total score of each item in the group,significant differences were found between the two groups(P<0.05);comparison between groups Leihuo Shenque moxibustion group can score compared with ordinary acupuncture group there were significant differences in PSQI sleep quality,time to fall asleep during the day and work(P = 0.020,0.038,0.009<0.05).2.And the two groups before and after treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were analyzed in the group statistics,found that two groups can reduce the score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the HAMD score after treatment were compared between groups,the results showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,after treatment,two groups of daily life scale(ADL)score change groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);to compare the ADL scores of the two groups after treatment group,treatment group can improve daily function than the control group,there was statistical significant difference(p=0.003<0.05).4.After the course of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups were compared,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.2%,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.1%.Conclusion:1.God que Leihuo moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture are both insomnia and depression,daily life ability of patients with insomnia improved after stroke,and God que Leihuo moxibustion group in improving sleep,daily life ability than the ordinary acupuncture group better.2."thunder fire moxibustion group in improving sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime function is better than the ordinary acupuncture group,but the efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of more than 80%.
