Clinical Study Of Asdthenic Splenonephro-yang Type Of Old Habitual Constipation Patients Treated With The "Yisheng Tiaodu" Acupuncture Therapy

Objective: To estimate the clinical effect of the “YiShengTiaoDu”acupuncture therapy test group and to provide a new method clinical treatment of the disease that it’s curative effect is stable and basically non-toxicfor by observing the changes of before and after therapy among asdthenic splenonephro-yang type of old habitual constipation patients between the test group and the contrast group in CCS and BSFS.Methods: To select 60 cases of asdthenic splenonephro-yang type of old habitual constipation patients from the inpatients and outpatients of acupuncture and moxibustion department and inpatients of other departments of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditonal Chinese Medicine,to divid them into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each group.to use repair method to Baihui and Dazhui and Ziyang and Yaoyangguan and Pishu and Shenshu and Taixi and to use reducing method to Dachangshu among treatment group,30 minutes / time / day,six times a week continuously,6 days as a course of treatment,a day off between two courses,a total of 4 courses of treatment.To use Lactulose solution among control group,according to the drug instructions: 3 days of Initial dose of oral administration of 30 ml,once every morning,maintenance dose of oral administration of 10 ml,once a day,7 days a course of treatment,a total of 4courses of treatment.To observe the two groups’ the CCS score and the BSFS score,two weeks’ treatment,four weeks’ treatment,four weeks’ follow-up,and to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results:(1)There were no statistically statistical difference and comparable between treatment group(the “Yi Sheng Tiao Du” acupuncture therapy group)and control group(Lactulose solution group)before treatment in sex,age,course of disease,the constituent ratio of them(P>0.05).(2)When finished two weeks’ treatment and four weeks’ treatment and four weeks’ follow-up,by independent sample t-test analysis,there were all significant differences in the scores of the treatment group and the control group of CCS and BSFS between before and after treatment(P<0.05).It was showed that the two groups both can improved the quality of life,defecation nature and constipation symptoms;(3)There were statistically significant difference between them through independent sample t-test analysis(P<0.05),and the control group was more effective than the treatment group.(4)After 4 weeks treatment,between the two groups by independent sample t-test analysis,scores of CCS was not statistically significant(P>0.05),BSFS scores was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),It showed that the groups had the same effect in scores of CCS,but the control group was more effective than the treatment group in scores of BSFS.(5)After four weeks’ follow-up,there were statistically significant differences in scores of CCS and BSFS between the two groups by independent sample t-test analysis(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,it was showed that the treatment group had more effective than control group in scores of CCS and BSFS.(6)Comparison of clinical efficacy in the two group after four weeks’ treatment,P>0.05,it was no significant difference between two groups’ clinical efficacy;the treatment group: 3 cured,7 markedly effective,15 effective,5 ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%;the control group:5 cured,11 markedly effective,12 effective,2 ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.(7)Comparison of clinical efficacy in the two group after four weeks’ follow-up,P<0.05,there was statistically significant differences between them,the treatment group was better than the control group in stability of curative effect,the treatment group’s total effective rate was73.33%,the control group’s total effective rate was 60%.Conclusions: 1.After four courses of treatment,they both can improve the clinical symptoms and stool property,the “Yi Sheng Tiao Du” acupuncture therapy group were more effective than Lactulose solution group,western medicine group effect faster than acupuncture group,two groups’ fairly short-term effect were equal.2.The stability of curative effect of the“Yi Sheng Tiao Du” acupuncture therapy group were more effective than Lactulose solution group.3.The “Yi Sheng Tiao Du” acupuncture therapy is an effective method that basically no side effect to asdthenic splenonephro-yang type of old habitual constipation patients.
