| Objective: This research aims to lay the foundation for future study of the wind warm disease muggy syndrome in order to foster advancement in the science of seasonal febrile diseases theory.Following the standard practice of evidence-based medicine,a large sample of wind warm disease case reports were collected then analyzed with objective and standardized methodologies,using a combination of the traditional research methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)methods and mod-ern rule-based artificial intelligence research technologies.Methods: 564 cases of wind warm disease were collected in accordance with the wind warm disease diagnosis standard established in previous studies on such disease.These cases were then divided into eight different categories of syndromes in accordance to their respective symptoms and signs.The eight categories of wind warm disease muggy syndromes so classified are: Invisible muggy syndrome;Gas intangible m uggy syndrome;Camp intangible muggy syndrome;Phlegm heat within;Hot and humid within;Stagnant heat knot;Hot and dry excrement;Heat stasis mutual junction Cases of the eight syndromes along with their correlated clinical findings were then analyzed with objective and standardized methodologies,using a combination of the traditional research methods of traditional Chinese medicine and modern rule-based artificial intelligence research technologies.Results:1.Invisible muggy syndrome(155 cases),under the condition of satisfying the parameter setting :Association with 2 items had 168 rules,310 frequent itemsets;Association with 3 items had 1529 association rules,1040 frequent itemsets;Association with 4 items had 4864 association rules,2077 frequent itemsets;Association with 5 items had 8918 assoc-iation rules,2961 frequent itemsets.2.Gas intangible muggy syndrome(96 cases),under the condition of satisfying the parameter setting and:Association with 2 items had495 association rules,750 frequent itemsets;Association with 3 items had 5168 association rules,3257 frequent itemsets;Association with 4 items had21947 association rules,8150 frequent itemsets;Association with 5 items had 50000 association rules 14387 frequent itemsets.3.Camp intangible muggy syndrome(71 cases),under the condition of satisfying the parameter setting and :Association with 2 items had 571 association rules,812 frequent itemsets;Association with 3 items had6594 association rules,4065 frequent itemsets;Association with 4 items had 33957 association rules,11873 frequent itemsets;Association with5 items had 50000 association rules,25037 frequent itemsets.4.Phlegm heat within(73 cases),under the condition of satisfying the parameter setting and :Association with 2 items had 368 association rules,619 frequent itemsets;Association with 3 items had 5037 association rules,3058 frequent itemsets;Association with 4 items had 24425 association rules,8856 frequent itemsets;Association with 5 items had50000 association rules,18277 frequent itemsets.5.Hot and humid within(73 cases),under the condition of satisfying the parameter setting and :Association with 2 items had 436 association rules,758 33432 association rules,8524 frequent itemsets.7.Hot and dry excrement(40 cases),under the condition of satisfy the parameter setting and Association with 2 item had 282 association rules,423 frequent itemsets;Association with 3 items had 3678 association rules,2021 frequent itemsets;Association with 4 items had 18465 association rules,6126 frequent itemsets;Association with 5 items had 50000 association rules,13987 frequent itemsets.8.Heat stasis mutual junction(20 cases),under the condition of satisfying the parameter setting and:Association with 2 items had 360 association rules,381 frequent itemsets;Association with 3 items had 2952 association rules,1481 frequent itemsets;Association with 4 items had 10403 association rules,3502 frequent itemsets;Association with 5 items had 22436 association rules,5952 frequent itemsets.Conclusion:1.Muggy syndrome differentiation can be used as one of the wind warm disease differentiation method.2.The wind warm disease muggy syndrome differentiation of various symptoms,signs and other high correlation of syndrome,are: Invisible muggy syndrome: fever,cough,cough up phlegm,sore throat,headache,tonsil swollen,spontaneous sweating,thirst,urine yellow,cold evil,etc.;Gas intangible muggy syndrome: fever,cough,red red face,thirsty to drink,wheeze,strong heat,etc.;Camp intangible muggy syndrome: thirsty to drink,cough,fever,god faint,delirious speech,short of breath,irritability,etc;Phlegm heat within: fever,cough,cough up phlegm,ropy sputum,chest pain,etc.;Hot and humid within: fever,cough,body heat lift up,bosom frowsty,be bored with,stay,nausea,diarrhea,etc.;Stagnant heat knot: often new,stay,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,fever,cough,chest tightness,diarrhea,etc.;Hot and dry excrement:fever,cough,cough up phlegm,constipation,abdominal pain,abdomin-al distension,urine short red,etc.;Heat stasis mutual junction: fever,god faint,there is delirious speech,limb jue,lip purple purple,short of breath,etc.3.The method of association rules can be used in the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine research. |
