Research On Syndrome Differentiation Of Heat Stagnation And Heat Stagnation Based On Data Mining

Objective: Under the guidance of the method of syndrome differentiation of heat stagnation and heat in febrile diseases,through data mining technology,to carry out the research of syndrome differentiation of heat stagnation and heat stagnation,to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of heat stagnation and heat stagnation,and to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of this disease,and to provide standardized and standardized research services.Methods: Based on the literature,theory and clinical research,the questionnaire of syndrome differentiation of heat stagnation and heat stagnation was designed to collect more than 300 cases that meet the diagnostic standard of heat stagnation.According to the method of syndrome differentiation of heat stagnation,the syndrome types with fewer cases were excluded.The data of 98 cases of phlegm heat stagnation,173 cases of damp heat stagnation,32 cases of dry excrement heat stagnation were obtained.SPSS 19.0 and Python were used 3.6 analyze the basic information,the onset term and the frequency of the basic diseases of the medical record,calculate the correlation rules of the symptoms and signs,and discuss and analyze the results in combination with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of the pathogenesis of depression and heat of febrile diseases,so as to carry out the research on syndrome differentiation of heat arthralgia and heat depression.Results:1.Among 303 cases of thermal arthralgia,222 cases were male(73%),81 cases were female(27%),and the ratio of male to female was 2.74:1.62.4% of the patients were over 50 years old,and the most common age group was 61-70 years old,accounting for 25.4%.2.The frequency of the onset solar terms is higher in the solar terms of summer,summer,autumn and cold,which are mainly concentrated in the sudden change of weather and the alternation of yin and Yang Qi.3.The order of the complications of the patients with hot arthralgia from high to low is as follows: hypertension,osteoarthritis,chronic renal failure,type 2 diabetes,fatty liver,osteoporosis,chronic gastritis,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia,kidney stone,cervical spondylosis,lumbar disc herniation,lack of G-6PD,cerebral infarction recovery period,renal insufficiency,lumar degenerative disease,abnormal glucose tolerance,anemia,chronic B virus Sexual hepatitis,arrhythmia,atherosclerosis and other diseases.4.98 cases of phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome were ranked in the top 10 in terms of the frequency of symptoms and signs: joint pain(94.9%),joint swelling(69.39%),limited movement(63.27%),joint tenderness(52.04%),skin scorching(47.96%),cough(43.88%),white and greasy coating(37.76%),dim tongue(30.61%),stringy pulse(34.69%),insomnia(31.63%),etc.Set the confidence level ?30%,the support level ?10%,the promotion level >1,194 rules for 2 items,512 rules for 3 items,420 rules for 4 items and 96 rules for 5 items.After sorting out and comprehensively analyzing the rule items,it is found that symptoms and signs such as joint pain,yellow and thick phlegm,cough and the like are highly correlated.5.173 cases of damp-heat stagnation syndrome were ranked in the top ten in terms of the frequency of symptoms and signs: joint pain(96.55%),joint swelling(82.18%),skin scorching(73.56%),red tongue(72.99%),limited movement(71.84%),yellow and greasy coating(71.84%),joint tenderness (66.67%),taut and smooth pulse(46.55%),slippery pulse number(41.95%),and sudden arrest of limbs(22.99%).Set the confidence level ?30%,the support level ?10%,the promotion level >1,102 rules for 2 items,377 rules for 3 items,641 rules for 4 items and 573 rules for 5 items.After sorting out and comprehensively analyzing the rule items,it is found that symptoms and signs such as joint swelling,limited movement,red tongue,yellow and greasy coating,and smooth pulse are highly correlated.6.32 cases of dry excrement and heat accumulation were ranked in the top ten in terms of the occurrence frequency of symptoms and signs: joint pain(96.67%),joint tenderness(73.33%),skin scorching(73.33%),constipation(70%),limited activity(66.67%),yellow and greasy coating(66.67%),joint swelling(63.33%),red tongue(46.67%),pulse slip(46.67%),and insomnia(40%).Set the confidence level ?30%,the support level ?10%,the promotion level >1,229 rules for 2 items,1023 rules for 3 items,1990 rules for 4 items and 2146 rules for 5 items.After sorting out and comprehensively analyzing the rule items,it is found that symptoms and signs such as joint pain,joint tenderness,skin scorching,constipation and pulse slip(number)are highly correlated.Conclusion: 1.The syndrome differentiation method of warm disease stagnation and heat can guide the syndrome differentiation of clinical heat arthralgia and provide new ideas for clinical identification of heat arthralgia.2.The syndromes with relatively high correlation in the syndrome types of heat arthralgia and stagnation of heat are as follows:(1)phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome: skin scorching,joint swelling,joint pain,joint tenderness,movement restriction,limb arrest,morning stiffness,yellow and thick phlegm,cough,tophus,red tongue or dark red tongue,etc.,in which yellow and thick phlegm is highly correlated with symptoms and signs such as cough,morning stiffness and joint pain,tophus and joint pain,dark red tongue-pain and joint pain;Damp-heat stagnation syndrome: redness and swelling of joints,joint pain,joint tenderness,skin scorching,restless sleep at night,sudden arrest of limbs,limited movement,slippery pulse number,red tongue,yellow and greasy coating,slippery pulse number,etc.,of which the slippery pulse number is highly correlated with symptoms and signs such as joint pain,limited movement and joint pain;(3)Syndrome of dry excrement and heat accumulation: tenderness of joints,scorching skin,joint pain,limited movement,red swelling of joints,constipation,difficulty in defecation,red tongue,yellow and greasy coating,slippery pulse(number),etc.,of which red tongue is highly correlated with yellow and greasy coating,slippery pulse(number)and yellow and greasy coating.3.The application of association rules in the study of syndrome differentiation of heat arthralgia and stagnation of heat is helpful to the standardization and objectification of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
