Research On The Diabetic Nephropathy With Muggy Syndrome Differentiation Based On Association Rules

Objective: Under the guidance of Chinese medicine and the muggy syndrome mechanism,data mining technology is used to carry out the research on diabetic nephropathy with muggy syndrome differentiation,so as to deepen the research of diabetic nephropathy with muggy syndrome differentiation,and improve the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy..Methods: Based on the theoretical research on the mechanism of muggy syndrome from warm disease,according to the diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy,246 cases of diabetic nephropathy(including 184 clinical cases and 62 literature cases)were designed,and a questionnaire for depression syndrome was designed to divide the medical case into damp heat stagnation syndrome 108 cases,phlegm heat stagnation syndrome 51 cases,dry feces heat stagnation syndrome 42 cases,stagnation heat syndrome 22 cases,heat-stasis mutual syndrome 15 cases,Weifen invisible stagnation syndrome 8 cases,combined with damp heat syndrome,phlegm Heat depression syndrome and dry feces heat syndrome are the main research patterns of this subject.Using all medical records information as a data source,data preprocessing,statistical processing and association rule calculation are carried out,combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of warm disease,analysis and understanding of the calculation results,and research on diabetic nephropathy with muggy syndrome differentiation.Results: 1.In 108 cases of damp heat stagnation syndrome,the top ten frequency of symptoms and signs were pulse sliding(70.37%),yellow greasy coating(69.44%),dry mouth(66.67%),fatigue(46.30%),lower extremity edema(46.30%),red tongue(45.37%),pulse string(44.44%),blurred vision(43.52%),dark red tongue(41.67%)and quick pulse(38.89%).After setting the threshold confidence of 30% and support of 10%,202 rules are obtained when 2 items are associated,581 rules are obtained when 3 items are associated,425 rules are obtained when 4 items are associated,and 105 rules are obtained when 5 items are associated.2.In 51 cases of phlegm heat stagnation syndrome,the top ten symptoms and signs were expectoration(96.08%),cough(94.12%),pulse sliding(74.51%),dry mouth(72.55%),yellow greasy coating(64.71%),dark red tongue(54.90%),fatigue(50.98%),numbness of limbs(49.02%),pulse string(45.10%),blurred vision(45.10%).After setting the threshold confidence of 30% and support of 10%,431 rules are obtained when 2 items are associated,2075 rules are obtained when 3 items are associated,3921 rules are obtained when 4 items are associated,3547 rules are obtained when 5 items are associated,1620 rules are obtained when 6 items are associated,343 rules are obtained when 7 items are associated,and 32 rules are obtained when 8 items are associated.3.In 42 cases of dry feces heat stagnation syndrome,the top ten symptoms and signs were constipation(95.24%),dry mouth(76.19%),pulse string(71.43%),tongue red(54.76%),fatigue(50.00%),quick pulse(50.00%),blurred vision(50.00%),polyuria(47.62%),dizziness(38.10%),restlessness at night(38.10%).After setting the threshold confidence of 30% and support of 10%,201 rules are obtained when 2 items are associated,567 rules are obtained when 3 items are associated,528 rules are obtained when 4 items are associated,200 rules are obtained when 5 items are associated,and 30 rules are obtained when 6 items are associated.Conclusion: 1.The syndrome differentiation method of muggy from warm disease can be used as one of the clinical syndrome differentiation methods of diabetic nephropathy,Combined with wei-qi-camp-blood syndrome differentiation and triple energizer syndrome differentiation to guide the application of clinical syndrome differentiation.2.Through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine research methods and association rule analysis,it is recognized that the main syndromes of diabetic nephropathy related to heat are: Damp heat stagnation syndrome: dry mouth,yellow urine,lower extremity edema,dizziness,chest distress,red tongue,yellow greasy coating,pulse sliding,among which the symptoms and signs such as yellow urine,dry mouth and pulse sliding are highly correlated;phlegm heat stagnation syndrome: cough,expectoration,phlegm sticky and difficult to cough,phlegm is yellow,chest distress,nausea,vomiting,lower extremity edema,in which phlegm is sticky and hard to cough,phlegm is yellow and lower extremity edema are highly correlated;dry feces heat stagnation syndrome: dry mouth,more food is easy to starve,constipation,restlessness at night,red tongue,yellow coating,pulse string,quick pulse,in which more food is easy to starve,constipation and dry mouth are highly correlated.3.This study found that Nature of most diabetic nephropathy are excess,and the pathogenesis of "heat","depression","stasis" and "deficiency" runs through it,which can infer that the long-term onset of the disease may lead to deficiency due to the excess.The results of the study are consistent with "the new theory of non deficiency of chronic kidney disease" from Professor Zhao Shaoqin.When the mechanism of muggy is used to treat diabetic nephropathy,it can be combined with the pathogenesis of "deficiency".
