Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Guipi Decoction On Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy For NSCLC

Objective The aim is to observe the improvement of Guipi Decoction on blood loss in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy,bone marrow suppression deficiency.To study its application on the protection of bone marrow hematopoietic function from the clinical application of Guipi Decoction,to improve bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients,so that patients successfully completed chemotherapy and may extend to a certain extent survival.Methods Clinical observation of the clinical data collected from March 2015 to October 2016 in Wuhan Hospital of TCM oncology,because NSCLC underwent third cycles of AP chemotherapy,and TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome mainly in 56 cases,according to the number of visits were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group of 28 cases underwent conventional AP chemotherapy,treatment group of 28 patients in routine chemotherapy at the same time,taking Guipi Decoction,daily 1 agent,2 times a day,each 200 ml for 21 days.In the two groups were recorded during the treatment in different time blood components level,Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor overallappraisals,KPS score At the same time,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were recorded,and the safety evaluation was carried out.The experimental data using statistical software SPSS 19 software system to analyze the data,and set the P<0.05,with statistical significance,combined with clinical,draw the conclusion.Results(1)White blood cells were observed during the period of seventh days,fourteenth days,twenty-first days,white blood cell count in the treatment group than in control group,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);(2)In the number of cases using Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor remedy,control group than the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The change of platelet: during the observation period of seventh days,fourteenth days,twenty-first days of platelet count in the treatment group than in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);(4)The change of hemoglobin: group and treatment group twenty-first days hemoglobin values were compared Decreased,but no significant difference was found between(P>0.05);(5)The KPS score changes: twenty-first days control group KPS score compared with before treatment there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);treatment group before treatment compared no significant difference(P>0.05);(6)The dizziness,lassitude,weakness,lazy words,statistically significant spontaneous symptoms improvement differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi Decoction can to some extent alleviate myelosuppression occurred in non small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy,the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor to reduce the amount of use,effectively relieve fatigue and other symptoms,so as to improve the living quality of patients with tumors.For the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy during bone marrow suppression,TCM syndrome of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome by Guipi Decoction adjuvant therapy,patients with good recovery.
