| Objective This study aims to observe clinical efficacy and safety of Hongji decoction combined Calacipotriol Ointment in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris(PV),We hope to provide an effective and safe treatment strategy for patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine method.Method 110 of patients were enrolled from the outpatient department of dermatology,Hubei Provincial hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from March 2015 to June 2016,All of patients selected meet a criterion of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris and were divided randomly into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.55 cases were enrolled in each group.Patients in the treatment group were dealt with Hongji decoction combined with external application of calacipotriol ointment,Patients in the control group were treated with Yinxie capsule combined with external application of calacipotriol ointment.The clinical efficacy and safety of treatment strategy were determined at the end of 2,4,6,8 weeks respectively,2 weeks meant a course of treatment.The subjects were routinely examined by assays of blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,ESR,and so on before and after treatment.Both groups 2 weeks treatment statistical curative effect.Have telephone follow-up without adverse reaction.Note: the drug dosage should be gradually reduced according to the improved situation.Treatment of complete and after 6 months follow-up time.During treatment,and follow-up time,observe the clinical effects of two groups of cases,relapse and TCM syndrome integral prescription on the evaluation of the results of treatment effect,and through the blood rheology indexes to explore the prescription of the pharmacological effects in treating blood stasis type of validity with psoriasis vulgaris.Results 1.There was no significant differences between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease.2.The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 80.00% and 41.82% respectively,the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).3.There was significant difference in scores of symptoms before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05),but that was not found in the control group(P<0.05).The result identified the effect of the treatment group was preferable to that of the control group in relieving symptoms.4.The homorheology indicator in the two groups after treatment was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conlusion Hongji decoction combined with external application of Calacipotriol ointment was superior to Yinxie capsule combined with external application of Calacipotriol ointment in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris in the respects of total effective rate,improving symptoms,lower adverse reaction and less recurrence rate. |
