Therapeutic Effect Of NB-UVB Combined With Calcipotriol Betamethasone Ointment On Psoriasis Vulgaris And The Effect Of IL-25 On Peripheral Blood

Objective: Observation of the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and the effect of IL-25 on peripheral blood.Methods: Sixty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=29)and treatment group(n=31).The control group was treated with NBUVB,3 times a week,the treatment group was treated beside this,also had calcipotriol betamethasone ointment twice a day,they all 8 weeks and followed up for 2 months.The psoriatic lesion area and severity index(PASI),were calculated according to the lesion area,erythema degree,infiltration degree and scale degree.The PASI scores of the two groups and the changes of IL-25 level in the two groups after treatment were compared at the 8th week of the 2nd week and the 4th week after treatment.Observation before and after treatment The changes blood calcium and phosphorus,and the occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence after 2 months.The statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS19.0 software.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI scores in the control group were(10.78±1.73)、(8.47 ±1.22)、(7.00 ±1.20)at 2,4,8 weeks after treatment,and 10.29 ±1.96,7.81±1.74,5.40 ±1.61 respectively in the test group at 2,4,8 weeks after treatment.There was no significant difference in PASI score between the two groups at the 2nd and 4th week,but there was a significant difference in the PASI score between the two groups at the 8th week(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 83.9% after the end of the 8th week,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.9% after the end of the 8th week.There were26 effective cases,5 effective cases and 0 ineffective cases in the control group,and the effective rate was 58.6% in the control group,17 cases in the treatment group,11 cases in the effective group and 1 case in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were 14 cases of PASI75 in the experimental group and 5 cases in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment.After 8 weeks,there were 2 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.The level of IL-25 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the pre-treatment group(P < 0.05.8 weeks later,there were 2 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group).Two-month follow-up was performed in 8 patients in the control group and 5 in the treatment group.There is no statistical difference.Significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of NB-UVB combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is better than that of NB-UVB.alone.After treatment,IL-25 in both groups was rised,and the mechanism of action was still unclear,which could be have relation with psoriasis.
