The Impact Of Yixinshu Capsule On Postoperative PCI Eldly Patients Vascular Function And Quality Of Life

Objective:To investigate PCI postoperative patients’ quality of life and anxiety depression;to evaluate the efficacy Yixinshu capsule on cardiovascular function and quality of life of advanced age patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after postoperative PCI period;to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yixinshu capsule in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with depression and anxiety after postoperative PCI period.Method:Prospectively collected 80 postoperative PCI patients.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Two groups were given conventional secondary prevention of CHD treatment.The treatment group was given Yixinshu capsule treatment,Chief observation index include main adverse cardiovascular events(recurrent chest pain and acute myocardial infarctionrevascularisation and death)、Left ventricular ejection fraction、SF-36 life quality evaluation scoresResult:main adverse cardiovascular events in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction、SAS and SDS of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the treatment group was obviously improved.the Left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group was obviously improved(0.60±0.08vs0.55±0.09,P=0.013);The SF-36 life quality evaluation scores of the treatment group was obviously higher than the one of control group(70.45±8.83 vs.66.00±7.92,P=0.020);self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)decrease obviously(32.87±6.90 vs.41.07±8.32,P=0.000);self-rating depression(SDS)decrease obviously(32.32±6.65 vs.38.02± 11.07,P=0.021)Conclusion:Anxiety and depression were widely in advanced age patients after PCI,in clinical application,early dtection and early treatment can help patients aviod anxiety and depression.Yixinshu capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of advanced age patients after PCI,so it was helpful to reduce the psychological pressure of the patients,reduce or eliminate their anxiety and depression,Yixinshu capsule improved cardiovascular function,quality of life and psychological health status of advanced age patients with postoperative PCI,there was no serious adverse reaction,so it was a safe and effective drug.
