The Related Factors Study And TCM Syndrome Elements Of Zhuang And Han Nationality Patients With Hypertension

Objective: To explore the distribution of TCM syndrome elements and related factors in patients with hypertension in Zhuang and Han nationalities.And to provide scientific basis for the objectivity and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation in Zhuang and Han nationality patients with hypertension.Methods: The design of survey registration form collected in Zhuang and Han have been diagnosed with primary hypertension in 944 cases,including 483 cases of Zhuang,461 cases of Han.Four diagnostic information,biochemical index,risk factors were reviewed in the systematic.The TCM syndrome differentiation was conducted,and a database was established.The SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used to analysis the Zhuang and Han hypertensive disease,disease syndrome distribution,Zhuang and Han hypertensive disease and miscellaneous TCM syndrome factor distribution,the comparison of the difference of sex between Zhuang and Han nationality,the correlation between hypertension and syndrome of Zhuang nationality and Han nationality.And the regression analysis of the related factors of hypertension in Zhuang and Han patients were also analyzed through SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software.Results:(1)In the study of Zhuang and Han patients with hypertension,there were only 334 cases of single disease syndrome,572 cases of double disease syndrome,36 cases of three disease location syndrome,2 cases of four disease location syndrome according to the frequency statistics.359 cases of single disease syndrome,569 cases of double disease syndrome and 16 cases of three disease location syndrome were found according to the statistics.The analysis of 483 cases of Zhuang patients with hypertensive disease and miscellaneous syndrome,liver and kidney disease patients were found 169 cases(35%),which was the largest proportion of disease and miscellaneous elements.The rest were 68 cases of heart and kidney(14%),58 cases of lung and kidney disease(12%),43 cases of pulmonary heart disease(9%),39 cases of heart disease(8%),suggesting that a disease and miscellaneous syndromes of liver and kidney is the main disease in patients with hypertension of Zhuang nationality.The analysis of 461 cases of Han nationality patients with hypertension disease and miscellaneous syndrome,liver and kidney disease patients were found 143 cases(31%),which was the largest in disease and miscellaneous syndrome proportion.The rest were 92 cases of heart and kidney(20%),74 cases of lung and kidney disease(16%),37 cases of pulmonary heart disease(8%),23 cases of heart disease(5%),suggesting that a disease and miscellaneous syndromes of liver and kidney is the main disease of Han patients with hypertension.(2)There was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM Syndromes of hypertension between Zhuang and Han males(P>0.05).Zhuang Han women with hypertension TCM disease syndrome difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM Syndromes of hypertension between Zhuang and Han males(P>0.05).There was statistical significance of the difference in the distribution of TCM Syndromes of hypertension between Zhuang and Han women(P<0.05).Zhuang and Han male hypertension TCM real venereal syndrome the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the distribution of TCM Syndromes of hypertension in Zhuang and Han women(P<0.05).(3)The level of hypertension in the Han nationality with hypertension was related to the different TCM syndromes according to the correlation analysis by Spearman.In the Han nationality patients with hypertension,the disease was more likely to be found in the lung and kidney,and the disease was mainly blood stasis or qi deficiency(P <0.05);As for the Zhuang patients with high blood pressure,the disease was more likely to be found in the lung,and the disease was mostly for phlegm or qi deficiency or heat(P <0.05).(4)The related factors affecting disease in patients with hypertensive heart syndrome were regression analyzed.The single factor analysis of the count data and the significance test of the measurement data concluded :nationality,gender,age,smoking,drinking,waist circumference,hip circumference,alanine aminotransferase,creatinine,uric acid,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,glucose,triglyceride,body mass index,heart rate of patients with hypertension common TCM syndrome were known as statistical significance(P<0.05).Total cholesterol,hypertension diet patients with common TCM syndrome factors had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The regression analysis by SPSS 20.0 of two Logistic indicated that: nationality,gender,age,smoking,alcohol consumption,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,glucose and triglyceride were related to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The distribution of the disease and the disease in the Zhuang nationality and the Han nationality patients with hypertension is the most common in both the two diseases and the double diseases.Disease location syndrome elements mostly in the kidney.The real venereal syndromes are blood stasis,while The virtual venereal syndrome are Qi deficiency.The disease is mixed with liver and kidney disease.The solid inclusions are mostly phlegm and blood stasis.Virtual inclusion is Qi and yin deficiency.The intermingled deficiency and excess is yin deficiency with phlegm;(2)Compared Zhuang nationality with the Han,there was no significant difference in the distribution of the syndrome elements,the disease syndrome elements,the sick and the miscellaneous elements,the sexual and the miscellaneous syndromes in the patients with hypertension(P>0.05).However,there was a significant difference in the distribution of syndrome elements between the real and the mixed syndrome and the virtual and actual inclusion(P< 0.05).There are differences between TCM Syndromes of Zhuang and Han among women while there was no difference in men.(3)There is a certain correlation between the blood pressure level and the syndrome of hypertension in Zhuang and Han patients.(4)There is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome elements,the biochemical indicators and the general situation of patients with hypertension in Zhuang and Han nationality.
