Clinical Observation On Modified Ermiao Granules Combined Interferon For Treatment Of HR-HPV Persistent Infection With CINI

Purpose of research:To observe the clinical curative effects of Modified Ermiao Granules Combined interferon treatment on HR-HPV with CINM persistently infected patients.Seeking a effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of cervical cancer.Methods:We choose 60 outpatients who come to Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital gynecological clinic from October 2014 to March 2016.According to the inclusion criteria,the patients with HR-HPV persistent infection of CINM were randomly divided into treat:ment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group with Modified Ermiao Granules Combined with interferon treatment,the control group only received interferon treatment.In 3 months for a course of treatment,two groups were treated for 2 courses,observe the negative rate of HPV,CIN of the reversal rate,the changes of TCM syndrome integral and clinical curative effect.Results:①The negative cases of HPV are 26 in treatment group,19 cases of HPV negative in control group,two groups of HPV negative rate had significant difference,HPV negative rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.②In the treatment group,CINI was reversed in 27 cases,the control group was reversed by CINI in the treatment group,and the reversal rate of CINI was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group.③According to TCM syndrome integral comparison:the two groups before and after treatment were significantly reduced,after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.④The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group are namely 93.33%,73.33%,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Modified Ermiao Granules Combined interferon treatment for syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward of HR-HPV with CINI persistently infected patients have good clinical efficacy,which is in improving the conversion rate of HPV,reversal of cervical pathological changes and improve TCM syndromes.Combined treatments compared with single western medicine have more significant effect,and it is safe,reliable,non-toxic side effects,worthy of further promotion.
