| Purpose of research:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Ermiao Granule in blocking HPV persistent infection and intervention in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I disease,organically combining the early intervention of TCM treatment with cervical cancer screening,and exerting the advantages of Chinese medicine in clearing the HPV virus.To further guide clinical research and development of new drugs:Analysis of P16INK4a,Ki67 in HPV infection with CINI expression,and compared with histopathological results,to explore the clinical significance of P16INK4a and ki67 in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:Firstly,60 female patients treated at the gynecology clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital during the period from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected as test samples.According to the experimental grouping criteria,six Ten patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Modified Ermiao granule group)and control group(interferon group),30 cases in each group.For the experimental group,Modified Ermiao granules were regularly used for treatment,while the control group use interferon for treatment.A half-year treatment is performed.Each treatment period is limited to three months.A total of two treatment trials are conducted.The CINI reversal rate,HPV negative conversion rate,and P16INK4a and Ki67 expression in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I are observed after treatment.Situation,changes in quantitative scores of TCM symptoms and signs,and clinical efficacy.Results:①After the treatment for half a year,20 cases of HPV were negative in the experimental group and 12 cases were negative in the control group.After statistical analysis,P>0.05 showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the patient’s HPV negative rate increased significantly.②After half a year of treatment,the patients in the treatment group relapsed 19 cases in total and 11 cases in the control group,indicating that the CINI reversal rate was significantly increased after treatment.③Before and after the trial,observed the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients,and found that both groups of patients had some improvement,and evaluated according to the evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.The results showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33.%;The effective rate in the control group was 70.00%,so the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group in the TCM symptom should be better than the interferon control group.④There were 30 patients in the TCM treatment group CINI,including 14 cases of P16INK4a positive expression,15 cases of Ki67 positive expression,10 cases of P16INK4a after treatment,and 12 cases of Ki67.There were 30 patients in the control group of patients with interferon before treatment,including 17 cases of P16INK4a positive expression,14 cases of Ki67 positive expression,5 cases of P16INK4a after treatment and 5 cases of Ki67.P16INK4a in the treatment of Chinese medicine before the positive expression rate of treatment group was 46.67%,interferon positive expression rate of 56.67%in the control group,the positive expression of P16INK4a in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment rate of 13.33%,interferon positive expression rate of 40.00%in the control group;Ki67 in the treatment of Chinese medicine before the positive expression rate of treatment group was 50.00%,interferon positive expression rate of 46.67%in the control group,positive expression of Ki67 in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment rate of 10.00%,interferon positive expression rate of 30.00%in the control group.After treatment,the two groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate of P16INK4a and Ki67 in TCM treatment group was much lower than that of the interferon control group.Conclusion:Modified Ermiao granule has good clinical curative effect in patients with persistent infection of CINI with HPV,and it has good effect in promoting HPV negative conversion and CINI reversal,and further,it also helps to improve the TCM symptom and integral scores of patients.It is worth further promotion and in-depth study in the clinic.P16IK4a,Ki67 and cervical tissue lesions have a significant correlation,can improve the diagnosis of cervical cancer,for the early prevention of cervical cancer to open a new model. |
