Evaluation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Ability Of Community Based On RSR Method

Objective:In the policy context of promoting the Chinese medicine into the community vigorously,as traditional Chinese medicine service of community a point of entry,we establish an evaluation index system for Chinese medicine service abilitu of community from four aspects of personnel,technology,service and management,which is scientific,comprehensive and in accordance with the development of traditional Chinese medicine service of community.Use RSR method to evaluate the traditional Chinese Medicine service ability of community.Utilize reliable data and scientific method analysis the traditional Chinese medicine service abilitu of community and the main influencing factors.Make suggestions for upgrading traditional Chinese medicine service ability of community.So that Chinese medicine in community health services can play a greater role.Objective:In this study,we use the method of random sampling.Randomly selecte 14 community health service centers in Harbin city as the object of the sample survey.The survey included the situation of the fixed assets,the basic Information of Chinese medicine services health personnel,the situation of Chinese medicine services,the situation of patients’ satisfaction and the situation of Community system management.Combining qualitative research method and quantitative research method to analyze and explore the overall situation of Chinese medicine service ability in Harbin communities.Use descriptive statistical methods to describe the present situation of Chinese medicine service ability in sample Harbin community.Use RSR method to evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine service ability of community.Results:The rank sum ratio of each communities is obtained by rank sum ratio method,sort and separate grades.And ultimately in accordance with the lower,general and poor grade quality is divided into three files.There are three low-level community health service centers,eight community health service centers are at a general level and three low-level community health service centers.78.6 percent of the comprehensive evaluation of communitise traditional Chinese medicine service are in the upper level.Conclusion:Statistical analysis of the current status of TCM service capacity of 14 community health service centers service,we found that the reasons for weak Chinese medicine service of Community Health Service Centers in Harbin City are mainly in the following areas:(1)Chinese medicine health workers are more lacking;(2)Community Chinese medicine service content is relatively simple,the equipment is not perfect;(3)The overall satisfaction of Chinese medicine services is not high;(4)The attention of performance appraisal system is not enough,and be lack of scientific job responsibility system.
