| Objective:Preparation of students of TCM speciality abilityquestionnaire and preliminary analysis the structure of the main ability ofthe Traditional Chinese Medicine undergraduates;Methods:Use open-ended questionnaire and review associated literature tocollecte ungraduates’ ability essential factors, then preliminary analysis ofTraditional Chinese medicine ungraduates1ability structure by means ofque-stionnaire survey;Results:The questionnaire of TCM ungraduates using byteachers and administrators is composed of professional factor, interpersonalinfluence factor, scientific research Quality factor and thinking powerfactor. The questionnaire of TCM ungraduates using by themselves is composedof professional factor, basic clinical skills factor, interpersonal influencefactor and scientific research quality factor. The overall reliability ofquestionnaires is in0.90and the reliability of all factors is in0.70—0.90.The correlation coefficient between factor and total score is significantlyhigher than the correlation coefficient between the four factors. Confirmatoryfactor analysis shows that the model fit better. The two questionnaires’reliability and validity is quite good;Conclusions:TCM undergraduates’ability evaluation system composed of objective evaluation and subjectiveevaluation, consisting of four factors, and Evaluation Criteria is one to four.Reliability and validity analysis showed that the two part with goodreliability and validity. |
