The Clinical Efficacy Of Jiawei Wendan Decoction In Treating Acne Of Damp Abundance Due To Splenic Asthenia

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Wendan Decoction in treating acne of damp abundance due to splenic asthenia,observe the distribution of skin lesions,the degree of nausea and abdominal distention,the pain,itching,lesion area,color,tongue and pulse.Methods:30 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients with wet syndrome in one group were treated with Wanchang Decoction.The patients of damp abundance due to splenic asthenia in the other group was treated with tanshinone capsules.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of acne patients and analyze the data.Results:1.After the treatment,from the perspective of improved conditionthe the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:Before and after treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group in TCM syndrome scores.(P<0.05);3.The clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.8%and the control group was 53.3%.Obvioesly,the treatment group wasmuch better than the control group(P<0.01)Conclusion:Jiawei Wendan Decoction is superior to the control group in improving the skin lesions and TCM syndrome of acne patients of damp abundance due to splenic asthenia.The clinical curative effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction is remarkable.
