Objectives:1.Analyse of jilin rural elderly residents dietary patterns2.Analyse of the different dietary patterns and relations between the quantitative indicators of blood lipid3.Analyse of the relationship between different dietary pattern and dyslipidemia4.To provide the elderly scientific adjustment and the control of blood lipids dietary guidance.Methods:The research data from ICDC international collaboration prospectie cohort study of chronic disease with cluster sampling method to extract eight villages in middleaged and old residents in jilin province according to the principle of informed consent in questionnaire and physical examination.Will investigate content of the project complete and conform to the study of the crowd as the research object.Enter all data are unified with Epi Data3.1 software and excel screening command to check and correct mistakes in time,to ensure the accuracy of the data.Adopting SPSS20.0 statistic software to carry on the analysis,the research object in general data using t test and chi-square test,After using multiariable Logistic regression model to adjust confounding factors,analysis of the relationship between dietary patterns and dyslipidemia.Adjust the confounding factors,multivariate linear regression model is adopted to analyze the relationship between the dietary pattern and blood lipid in various quantitative indexes;Results:1.they have 1,323 people in the study,the normal blood lipid was 683,and the abnormal rate was 48.4% for the 683 people.Male blood lipids in the crowd of 247 people,dyslipidemia for 254 people,the abnormal rate was 50.7%,among women blood lipids for 436 people,dyslipidemia is 386 people,the abnormal rate was 47.0%.2.1323 subjects in the study of the four kinds of dietary patterns is obtained by factor analysis,vegetables mode(with cooked vegetables,raw vegetables,pickles,dried beans and nuts),meat dietary patterns(such as meat,drinks,noodles,fish),dairy dietary pattern(milk and dairy products,cookies,fruit,rice,etc.),alcohol dietary pattern(alcohol,spices,rice,meat,etc).3.Calculated from the four factor model of dietary pattern of dietary pattern factor points,taking the maximum of each individual to determine dietary pattern classification,including 342 vegetables dietary patterns,accounted for 25.85%,meat dietary pattern of 308 people,accounting for 23.28%,dairy dietary pattern of 329 people,accounting for 24.87%,alcohol dietary pattern of 344 people,accounting for 26.00%.And four kinds of dietary patterns in gender,nationality,educational background distribution difference statistically(P<0.05)4.After correction for multiple possible influencing factors,meat meal,dairy diet,alcohol dietary pattern compared with vegetables dietary patterns,dyslipidemia rate of increase(OR=2.026,OR=1.534,OR=1.972),with statistical significance(P<0.001,P=0.011,P<0.001).Vegetables dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can reduce the prevalence of dyslipidemia(OR=0.612,P=0.001);Meat dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can increase the prevalence of dyslipidemia(OR=1.951,P<0.001),alcohol dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can increase the prevalence of dyslipidemia(OR=2.211,P<0.001).5.After correction of the multiple factors that may affect the dietary pattern factor score and total cholesterol of multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that the meat,alcohol dietary pattern compared with vegetables dietary patterns,can significantly increase the level of total cholesterol(P<0.001);Vegetables dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can reduce the tendency for 0.071mmol/L total cholesterol levels,statistically significant(P=0.027).Meat dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can increase the tendency for 0.260mmol/L total cholesterol levels,with statistical significance(P<0.001);Alcohol dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can increase the tendency for 0.168mmol/L total cholesterol levels,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The dietary pattern factor score and triglycerides of multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that the meat dietary pattern compared with vegetables dietary patterns,can obviously increase triglyceride levels.Meat dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 triglyceride levels can increase the tendency for 0.071mmol/L,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and various dietary pattern factor score of multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that vegetables dietary pattern factor integral T3 than T1 can reduce the tendency for 0.106mmol/L levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:1.The prevalence of blood lipids in the subjects was 48.4%.2.There are 4 kinds of dietary patterns of jilin province rural elderly residents,namely vegetables meal,meat meal,dairy dietary patterns and alcohol dietary patterns,and four kinds of dietary patterns of each accounted for the proportion of about the same.In age,gender,nationality,educational background,whether to have a family history of cerebral thrombus distribution differences.3.After correction of the influence factors,meat,wine dietary pattern happened dyslipidemia risk factors,and vegetables dietary pattern is dyslipidemia protection factors.4.After correction of the influence factors,vegetables,dairy dietary pattern can reduce total cholesterol levels;The meat,alcohol dietary pattern can increase total cholesterol levels;Meat dietary pattern can increase triglycerides level;Vegetables dietary pattern can reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.
