Objective To observe the rural people’s dietary intake and oil-tea and high blood pressure and obesity epidemic situation in YongSheng. And, to explore the factors of high blood pressure and obesity and the intake of the correlation, Provide the basis for control of hypertension and other chronic diseases.Method (1)300rural residents over the age of18were randomly selected from the rural area in YongSheng. Investigate basic situation, behavior and habits, dietary and intake of oil-tea. Determination of oil-tea component at the same time.(2) We do the diet investigation by food frequency questionnaire. Physical examination project including height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and blood pressure, and evaluation index is BMI, waist hip ratio, prevalence rate of overweight, obesity, high blood pressure.(3) The database was established by the Epidata3.1.We check the questionnaire, and take the method of double Entry and Validation. SPSS17.0software was used for data processing and analysis. Statistical methods are Description, T-test, Chi-square test, Kruskal-Wallis Test and Unconditioned Logistic regression (a=0.05)Result (1) Fundamental state:We received291questionnaires were, effective rate was97%.There were93men and rate is31.96%and198women and rate is68.04%, with an average age of57.13years in this investigation. There are274people and rate is94.16%is Junior high school education level.smoking people is74and rate is25.43%and alcohol is78and rate is26.81%,In investigation, the doctor diagnosis of chronic patients is71and rate is24.40%, there are definite family history accounted for9.61%.(2) Diet is given priority to with grains and vegetables, followed by livestock and poultry meat, beans and its products. Their insufficient intake of potato, but livestock and poultry meat, excessive intake of animal fat and salt intake, and their energy, fat, cholesterol, niacin, vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese intake is too high, more than110%or even200%.The insoluble fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C intake of less than80%of the reference intake. Their fat energy ratio is slightly higher than the recommended value, it is31.52%.Saturated fatty acids, single unsaturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids is1:1.47:0.60, their fatty acid intake proportion is unreasonable. There are269people drinking oil-tea among them, on average211.80grams every time consumption. The compositions:ash is1.39%, protein is0.09%, fat is1.39%, acidity is0.03%, polyphenols is28.11%, caffeine is0.51%, gallic acid is1.16%.(3) Physical examination shown that their systolic blood pressure of127.11±25.59mmHg, diastolic pressure is95.85±56.11mmHg, body mass index of21.44±3.28, hypertension prevalence rate57.73%, obesity rate was45.36%.(4Correlation analysis showed, hypertension influence factors of age, OR is1.89, P is0.000; body mass index, OR is1.22, P is1.22; saturated fatty acids, OR is5.01, Pis5.01; obesity influence factors of gender, OR is5.56, Pis0.00; age, OR is1.48, Pis1.48; body mass index, OR is1.80, P is1.80.Conclusion:The high blood pressure and obesity prevalence is higher of YongSheng people, their dietary structure is not reasonable. Age, body mass index, and dietary saturated fatty acid is a risk factor for high blood pressure. Age, body mass index is higher, the more saturated fatty acid intake, the higher the risk of high blood pressure. Gender, age and body mass index is a risk factor for obesity, and Women the risk of obesity is5.56times that of the male. Age, body mass index is higher, the higher the risk of high blood pressure.Poor eating habits is the disadvantages of high blood pressure and obesity. Therefore, we should adopt the reasonable diet and good living habits, and to Prevent the chronic diseases.
