Through the comparative study before and after the burning treatment in patients with chronic tonsillitis with healthy volunteers to explore the treatment effect on TLR-NF-κB signaling pathway and some related cytokines. Methods:Those patients who were diagnosed with chronic tonsillitis in our hospital from April 2016 to October 2016,in total of 20 cases who were taken venous blood before and after burning treatment and the serum was obtained by centrifugation, then we use ELISA to detect the immune index in the TLR-NF-κB signaling pathway such as TLR2,TLR4,NF-κB and the key cytokines(IL-4,IL-5,IL-10,IFN-γ,TGF-β)concentration in peripheral blood, comparing the concentration of patients before and after treatment of the above indexes. At the same time,6 healthy volunteers were recruited as control group, and blood samples were collected after intravenous administration, and the same items were detected by the same method. The expression of TLR2,TLR4,NF-κB and some key cytokines(IL-4,IL-5,IL-10,IFN-γ,TGF-β)were compared between the experimental group and the control group, the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistic software. Results: Compared with the control group, high level of TLR2,TLR4,L-4,IL-5,IL-10,NF-κB,IFN-γ,TGF-β were detected in the patients who were diagnosed with chronic tonsillitis before the burning treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared in the experience group who were diagnosedwith chronic tonsillitis after the burning treatment, high level of TLR2,TLR4,L-4,IL-5,IL-10,NF-κB,IFN-γ,TGF-β were detected in the patients before the burning treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Relevance analysis the concentration of TLR2,TLR4,L-4,IL-5,IL-10,IFN-γ,TGF-β and NF-κB in serum in the experience group who were diagnosed with chronic tonsillitis before the burning treatment,Statistical analysis showed that there was no correlation between the above indexes with NF-κB(P>0.05).However,relevance analysis the concentration of TLR2,TLR4,L-4,IL-5,IL-10,IFN-γ,TGF-β and NF-κB in serum in the experience group who were diagnosed with chronic tonsillitis after the burning treatment,Statistical Analysis showed that there was no correlation between the above indexes with NF-κB but the exception of TLR2(P>0.05).Conclusion:TLR2,TLR4,IL-4,IL-5,IL-10,NF-κB,IFN-γ,TGF-β in the serum were involved in the occurrence and development of disease in patients with chronic tonsillitis. The therapeutic effect of burning treatment on chronic tonsillitis is closely related to the expression of the above immune factors, and mainly through the TLR2 mediated signaling pathway of TLR-NF-κB.
