Objective:In this study, the changes of heart rate variability(including time domain index and frequency domain index)were observed by acupuncture on Yangchi(the left side). The effects of acupuncture at Yangchi of HRV in patients with convalescence of cerebral infarction was analyzed. The purpose is to discuss the impact of acupuncture Yangchi point on autonomic nervous system which patients with cerebral infarction, and to provide the guidance for clinical treatments.Method:We will select 30 patients with cerebral infarction, including 17 males and 13 females, average age is 65.9±7.54。the course of disease is 27-88day,average course is 44.8±13.8.With their consent my experiment begins. The medilog(?)AR12 dynamic ECG recorder was used to record the parameters, including 5 min before the needle, during the needle,5 min after the needle,10 min after the needle,15 min after the needle,20 min after the needle,And 5 minutes after the needle, all together seven time points.Heart rate variability quantitative indicators include Max Bpm,Min Bpm,Mean Bpm,SDNN,r-MSSD,pNN50,HF,LF,VLF,HF%,LF%,VLF%.In this study, the use of flattening diarrhea line needle method,it will take 30min in total, and needle time is 20min.All the data obtained from the experiment were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software using the pairwise repeat measurement data variance analysis. The results were expressed by mean standard deviation(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Results:1.Time domain indicators:Acupuncture at the left side of Yangchi,Min BPM was reduced after inserting the needle, compared with the other points.Mean BPM was reduced at the points which inserting the needle and 5min after the needle;SDNN,r-MSSD and pNN50 had no significant change at all time points after acupuncture compared with that before, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Frequency domain indicators:Acupuncture at the left side of YangChi,HF,HF%at the points, inserting the needle,5min after the needle,10min after the needle,15 min after needle, the needle out and 5 min after withdrawing the needle, comparing with before inserting, was significantly reduced. The lowest position was 5min after withdrawing, which was statistically significant(P<0.01).LF%was in the same position, there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LF.(P>0.05).Acupuncture at the left side of Yangchi,VLF%at the points, putting in the needle,5min after the needle,10 min after needle,15 min after needle, the needle out and 5 min after withdrawing the needle, comparing with before inserting, there is a significant difference(P<0.01).ULF%at the points, putting in the needle,5 min after the needle,10min after the needle,15min after the needle, the needle out and 5 min after withdrawing the needle, comparing with before inserting, there was significant difference(P<0.05),it reaches the maximum when we manipulating needle.VLF and ULF were increased at all time points after acupuncture, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncture on the left side of Yang Chi will cause the change of heart rate of cerebral infarction patients, and it also can adjust the autonomic nervous system of the heart.2.Acupuncture on the left side of Yang Chi points can cause Vagus nerve activity inhibition, this effect has a after effect.3.Acupuncture on the left side of Yang Chi points can cause Sympathetic nerve Slightly activity, manipulating needle can enhance this effect.
