| Objective: Observe the thermal metabolism distribution characteristics of patients with depression and uncomfortable state during the recovery period of cerebral infarction by infrared heat map,explore the role of infrared heat map in assisting Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of depression and uncomfortable state during the recovery period of cerebral infarction,and study abnormal metabolism in the front chest area The correlation between region and disease position provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of depression and discomfort during the recovery period of cerebral infarction.Methods: 1.Randomly select 30 patients with depressive state in cerebral infarction recovery period and 30 patients with non depressive state in cerebral infarction recovery period,and divide them into experimental group and control group.The medical infrared thermal imager was used to detect the precordial region of the two groups.The infrared thermal images of precordial region were divided into three regions: Tanzhong region,right precordial region(a region)and left precordial region(b region).The temperature differences of the two groups in different regions were compared and analyzed,and the distribution characteristics of thermal metabolism in precordial region of depressed and uncomfortable state during the recovery period of cerebral infarction were preliminarily obtained.2.The experimental group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and infrared thermography was collected again two weeks later.The Depression Scale score and activities of daily living of the experimental group were evaluated before and after treatment ADL score,observe the curative effect of the experimental group before and after treatment and the temperature change of the precordial area infrared thermography,and analyze the correlation between them,so as to confirm the relationship between the depression and the distribution characteristics of precordial area thermal metabolism in the convalescent period of cerebral infarction.Results: 1.60 subjects were included in this study,including 0 cases of shedding and elimination,and a total of 60 cases completed the experimental process.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The relative temperature of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,the average temperature of zone B was higher than that of zone a,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the average temperature between area a and area B in the control group(P >0.05).3.Compared with the treatment group before and after treatment with Jiajianxuefuzhuyu Decoction,the ADL score increased,and the depression and uncomfortable state scale score decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the average temperature in Tanzhong area,chest area,a area and B area of the experimental group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the average temperature of a and B regions in the experimental group(P > 0.05).5.(1)There was a significant negative correlation between ADL score difference and average temperature difference of precordial area in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.01)(R<0).There was a significant positive correlation between Depression Scale score difference and t difference of precordial area in the experimental group before and after treatment(P < 0.01)(R > 0).There was no correlation between curative effect score difference and temperature difference of other observation areas in the experimental group before and after treatment(P > 0.05)There was a significant negative correlation between ADL score difference and Depression Scale score difference in the experimental group before and after treatment(P < 0.01)(R < 0.05).(2)There was no correlation between T difference of Tanzhong area and t difference of a area,B area and precordial area(P > 0.05);there was significant positive correlation between T difference of precordial area and t difference of a area and B area(P < 0.01)(r > 0),but there was no correlation between T difference of a area and t difference of B area(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The precordial area is the disease reflection area of depression and discomfort in the convalescent period of cerebral infarction.There are certain characteristics of thermal metabolism distribution on the infrared thermogram,which shows that the temperature of the whole precordial area is higher,and the temperature of Tanzhong area,a area(right chest)and B area(left chest)are higher,while the temperature of B area(left chest)is higher than that of a area(right chest).2.The modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has a certain curative effect in the treatment of depression and discomfort in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction.3.There was a correlation between the average temperature difference of precordial area and the difference of curative effect score before and after treatment.There was a correlation between the difference of efficacy scores.There was a correlation between the average temperature difference of precordial area and the average temperature difference of a(right chest)and B(left chest)respectively.4.Infrared thermography can provide visual diagnosis data for the diagnosis of depression and discomfort in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction,and also provide objective evaluation of curative effect for the comparison before and after treatment. |
