Objective:Through the collection and analysis of clinical features and biochemical indices data got from 270 women who were diagnosed as phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS and 62 healthy women,to explore the clinical features on patients ofphlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS with hyperandrogenism, which leads to enlightment of treatment methods of the diseases and prevention methods of long-term complications. Methods:A total of 270 women met the inclusion criteria were recruited at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine gynecology outpatient clinical research information system and 62 control women were recruited among medical center from December 2014 to February 2017.According to T and AND,patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS were divided into two subgroups.Subjects with T>76ng/dl and(or)AND>3.5nmol/l were put into phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS+HA subgroup and subjects with T<76ng/dl and AND<3.5nmol/l were put into phlegm-dampness syndrome PCOS+non-HA subgroup.Collect and record all the subjects’ clinical information, sex hormone, testosterone, sugar, fat, etc. All the data was analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software package.Results:(1)Phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup,phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup have higher age of menarche,WC,DBP,acne, acanthosis nigricans, excess fat and hirsutism scores than the control group(P<0.05).The hirsutism scores of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup are higher than phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup, the body weight of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup is higher than the control group(P<0.05).The age,BMI,body height,WHR and SBP of three subgroups show no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).However the three subgroups subjects can be diagnosed as obese and indicate abdominal obesity.(2)Compared with the control group, the FSH of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup is significantly reduced and DHEAS is significantly increased;the FSH and SHBG of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup are significantly reduced,DHEAS,LH and LH/FSH are significantly increased((P<0.05).The LH,LH/FSH,AND and T of of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup are higher and level of SHBG is lower than phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup and the control group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the TG、LDL、APOB and APOB/APOA of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup is significantly increased, the APOB and APOB/APOA of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup is significantly increased((P<0.05).The TC,TG and LDL of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup are higher than phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup and the, control group(P<0.05).The HDL and APOA of three subgroups show no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA subgroup is higher than phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup and the control group(P<0.05).The FINS and HOMA-IR of phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+non-HA subgroup are higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA have higher hirsutism scores;(1)The patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA have serious sex hormone metabolic disorders;(2)The patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome of PCOS+HA have serious glucolipid metabolic disorders.
