The Acupuncture Points Of The Needle And Spine Are Combined With Traditional Acupuncture Points To Treat The Clinical Observation Of Vascular Dementia

Objective:to observe the acupuncture cervical clip ridge cave clinical curative effect for the treatment of vascular dementiaMethods:1.The group of 60 patients with vascular dementia who were enrolled in the group were divided into treatment groups and control groups with 30 patients in each group.Treatment group:16 men,14 women;Age 55 to 75,average age of 64.87 plus or minus 5.80;The average duration of the disease was 7.60 ±1.97;15 cases of mild dementia,15 cases of moderate dementia.Control group:30 patients,18 men,12 women;Age 58 to 75,average age of 65.63 plus or minus 5.44 years;The average duration of the disease was 7.45 ±2.05;There were 13 cases of mild dementia and 17 cases of moderate dementia.2.Treatment group use acupuncture neck clip ridge point with traditional acupuncture therapy;Control group choose traditional needle acupuncture point treatment,two groups of patients with treatment time for 56 days;3.Two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment with simple intelligence scale for mental state examination(MMSE),daily life ability scale(ADL)score,and the grading results for statistical analysis.Results:1.The treatment group total effective rate was 73.30%;The control group total effective rate was 46.60%,total effective rate in both groups to compare differences statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of MMSE scale,ADL scale scores compared with group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The 8 weeks after the clinical observation,treatment group of patients with MMSE,ADL scores compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of treating patients with vascular dementia is effective.2.The acupuncture point of the needle spine is matched with the traditional needle to improve the intelligence of patients with vascular dementia.3.The acupuncture point and the acupuncture point of the needle can improve the daily life activities and improve the quality of life.
