Objective:1.Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of occupational musculoskeletal disorders(OMD)among nurses in 9 general hospitals in Xinjiang.2.To understand the harm of OMD to nursing staff.3.To explore the influencing factors of OMD in nurses in three general hospitals in Xinjiang. Methods:A total of 2573 clinical nursing staff in nine tertiary general hospitals in South and Northern were randomly selected as the subjects, and the questionnaire survey was conducted, the contents include: 1.Basic information questionnaire for nursing staff;2.Standardized Nordic State Musculoskeletal System Symptom Analysis Scale(Nordic Scale)to evaluation of OMD prevalence or discomfort;3.Work ability index(WAI)scale to evaluate the working ability of nursing staff;4.The influencing factors of occupational musculoskeletal disorders were analyzed to investigate the influencing factors of OMD.Results:1.The prevalence of OMD:(1)The prevalence rate of OMD was, with an ever prevalence rate of 80.45%,a year prevalence rate of 78.74%,and a week prevalence rate of 38.32% respectively.(2)In prevalence, for example, the incidence of the waist is the highest,at 65.33%,followed by the neck(60.90%),shoulder(48.85%),back(38.44%),knees(32.37%),ankle foot(28.33%),wrist(19.63%),hip,hip(18.19%)and the elbow(10.34%).(3)The prevalence of OMD in different age and length of service was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The prevalence rate of OMD was highest among nurses in emergency department(88.77%),followed by anesthesia, surgery and supply room.2.The Influence of OMD on nursing staff:(1)In recent years,2026 nurses in the absence of OMD,accounted for 15.89%.(2)28.97% of nursing staff for OMD to medicalinstitutions.(3)Due to OMD impact on the work accounted for 83.96%.3.Analysis of influencing factors of OMD in nursing staff:(1)Single factor Logistic analysis: age, working years, education level, job title, level, marital status, fertility status, establishment,BMI,past medical history, bending time per day, number of times per hour bending, daily sitting time,Cumulative working hours, the number of patients moving every day, every day pulling the maximum weight of the weight, the division, the rest of the workplace, the rest of the work duration, the number of rest days, the number of overtime, the daily working hours, evening night work,,Job stress, job satisfaction, work comfort, physical exercise, household work and WAI rating of 30 factors for the OMD influencing factors.(2)Non-Conditional Stepwise Logistic Regression Analysis:working years, job title,BMI,education level, married, past medical history, bending work time, moving weight, department, intermittent number of work, evening night shift, job stress, physical exercise and WAI rating of 14 factors OMD influencing factors.Conclusions:1.The OMD of nursing staff in three general hospitals in Xinjiang is more serious;waist, neck, shoulders and back are the predilection sites; The older, the longer working years, the greater the probability of OMD;Severe emergency department and surgical anesthesiology department is a high incidence of nursing staff OMD.2.OMD had a serious impact on the work and life of nursing staff, but did not cause the attention of nursing staff.OMD has a serious impact on the work and life of nursing staff, but did not cause the attention of nursing staff.3.Seniority,job title,BMI,educational level, married, past medical history, bending work time, moving weight, department, evening night shift, work stress are risk factors for OMD,the number of intermittent work, physical exercise and WAI classification are protective factors for OMD.
