| Objective : 1.To detect the present situation of occupational musculoskeletal disorders(OMD)injury in nurses.2.Analyze the present situation of the protection of "Knowledge-Attitude-Practice" in nurses.3.To explore the factors of OMD ‘s protection of "Knowledge-Attitude-Practice" in nurses.4.To explore the relation between the OMD injury and the protection of "Knowledge-Attitude-Practice" and among the protection of OMD related knowledge,attitude and behavior.Methods : Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly selected 2 specialist hospital and 2 general hospitals from Three grade hospitals in Xinjiang Urumqi from May 1,2016 to August 31 st,applying the nursing personnel OMD symptom checklist nurses investigation on the incidence of OMD,applying self-designed OMD protection of knowledge,attitude,behavior and organizational support questionnaire for the nursing to investigate the protection status of nurses in OMD,and explore its influencing factors.Results : 1.This study investigated a total of 1342 nurses,the OMD once incidence rate,year incidence rate and the week incidence rate was87.93%,79.06% and 66.09%.OMD predilection sites were mainly the waist,neck,shoulder and back,the year incidence rates were 65.35%,62.67%,54.84% and 43.52%.A part,two parts,three or more parts of the annual incidence rates were 11.49%,15.55% and72.95% in nursing staff.In nursing work so far,nearly a year and a recent Wednesday time level for nursing staff absenteeism OMD were 10.13%,7.89% and 3.43%,among them,the largest number of absences due to the waist.the absenteeism rates were 6.63%,5.37%and 2.16%.2.The nursing staff OMD protection Questionnaire total questionnaire and the dimensions of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient between 0.833~0.977,split half reliability between 0.751~0.975,the test-retest reliability between 0.725~0.954,protection relatedknowledge,attitude and behavior protection,protection organization support dimensions of content validity were 0.940,0.963,0.919 and 0.852,through exploratory factor analysis extracted 8 common factor,the cumulative contribution rate was 73.715%.3.The protective related knowledge score was(38.41±13.33),the protective attitude score was(31.84±6.27),the protective behavior score was(43.45±9.68)in nurses.90.24% hospitals or departments without OMD protection system of examination,only 11.69% assist mechanical device for transporting patients or mobile,15.35% hospitals or departments have organized OMD protection skills at Pre or post job training among nursing staff.4.Analysis of influencing factors of OMD protection "Knowledge-Attitude-Practice" :(1)univariate analysis: gender,age,length of service,nationalities,education degree,titles,hospital departments,marital status,family status training status and the nature of the hospital of 11 factors for OMD protection "Knowledge-Attitude-Practice".(2)logistic regression analysis: education level,ICU,operation room,reproductive status,the nature of the hospital,training status as the main factors of OMD protection knowledge-Attitude-Practice.5.The proactive related knowledge,attitude and behaviors were positively correlated,the correlation coefficients were 0.178 and 0.312(P < 0.01),protective attitude and behaviors were positively correlated(r=0.237,P < 0.01).OMD.The OMD group of nursing staff protection knowledge,protective behavior and protective score were lower than non OMD group of nursing staff(P < 0.05),protective attitude score was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The high incidence rate of nursing staff in OMD,mainly in the waist,neck,shoulder and back,however,the nursing staff the lack of protection of OMD related knowledge and behavior,lack of support of hospital and department,the relevant departments suggested that hospitals and nursing managers targeted to give adequate staffing and equipment support,and strengthen the protection of nursing staff in OMD related knowledge and skills the training guide nursing staff to form a protective right behavior,promote the occupation health. |
