Objective:In this study,By observation of clinical trial compound gastrodia elata pressure particles liver Yang syndrone type high Blood pressure and Blood pressure variability(BPV)curative effect,as well as to the smooth index(SI),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET).Methods:Will choose the essence of traditional Chinese medicine for liver Yang the western medicine diagnosis of 60 patients with essential hypertension(EH),using random divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of sample size were 30cases;Two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional taking western medicine add compound gastrodia elata step-down particles,one dose a day(boiling water a blunt,taking twice),4 weeks for a period of treatment,the average observed before and after treatment in patients with 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure,dynamic blood pressure Standard deviation,Standard deviation(SD),BPV,SI,success rate,blood pressure,TCM syndrome integral,NO and ET-1 index,at the same time,record adverse reactions.Results:Comparison: 1,blood pressure,average in each period in the two groups after treatment the mean systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure are significantly lower than before treatment(P< 0.05),the two groups after treatment the 24 h blood pressure mean no significant difference(P > 0.05).2,comparison of blood pressure variability(BPV): 24 h DBP after treatment of SD,DDBP-SD,NDBP-SD treatment group improved significantly than control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);For diastolic blood pressure,and especially NDBP-SD improvement is most obvious,statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Treatment after 24 h DBP-CV,DDBP-CV and NDBP-CV in treatment group than the control group improved obviously,statistically significant difference(P<0.05);For diastolic blood pressure,and especially NDBP-CV improvement is most obvious,statistically significant difference(P<0.001);Treatment group and control group after treatment SI have varying degrees of decline,the treatment group SI decreased more significantly than control group(P<0.01).To improve TCM symptoms integral,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Compound gastrodia elata antihypertensive treatment of liver Yang syndrone hypertension has good clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the diastolic blood pressure in patients with BPV,and SI,at the same time also can reduce ET,NO ascension.The effect of oxidative stress.
