| Objective:The purpose of this research is to analyze clinical curative effect of meridian se nsation intervention in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy nerve root pain, observation of conventional acupuncture treatment and the use of Electric Needl e Stimulating meridian transmission effect in treatment of cervical spondylotic radicul opathy nerve root pain, analysis on influence by transfer point for blood flow perfusi on of meridian and for the acupuncture meridian in treating cervical spondylotic radi culopathy nerve root pain and improve the clinical efficacy,to provide clinical basis for clinical trials, and the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridian in the treatment of disease theory. Methods:According to the design of balance randomized controlled trials, effective cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients 70 cases, according to the order of outpatient were randomly divided into two groups: routine acupuncture group(control group),meridian group(treatment group),each group of 35 people. In the course of treatment,3 cases were dropped, and the final cases were included in the treatment group, with a total of 33 people in the treatment group, and a total of 34 patients in the treatment group.and the needle for 30 minutes;every 3 time acupuncture ther apy per week,a total of 20 times the acupuncture treatment, the therapeutic effects were evaluated after 1 courses of treatment.Efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment with the VAS visual pain scale and the NPQ scale. Before and after the tr eatment of laser speckle imaging instrument to measure and record the skin microcirc ulation blood perfusion volume, observation and analysis of electric needle acupunctur e on Houxi point excitation effect after the transmission of the small intestine meridi an microcirculation blood perfusion volume.Data analysis using statistical software fo r analysis. Results and analysis:After intervention treatment,a total of 67 cases were observed, including the me ridian of the sensory group of 33 cases, the conventional treatment group of 34 cases, the shedding rate was 4.29%.1.pain visual analogue scale VAS comparison: Before treatment group therapy fo r VAS score(6.21±1.60),score(3.58±1.62)after treatment, statistically significant d ifference(P<0.01);the control group before treatment VAS score(6.06±1.67),score(4.89±2.10)after treatment, statistically significant difference(P=0.013),after the tre atment group tired feeling the VAS score compared with the conventional treatment group it is very significant difference(P=0.006).2.For NPQ score before treatment group(67.10±15.68),score of(50.72±16.04)after treatment, differences statistically significant(P<0.01);Control group NPQ scale(65.56±13.85)before treatment, after treatment for(58.94±12.90),difference have stati stical significance(P=0.045);Treatment after the end of the treatment group NPQ scor e compared with the control group with significant difference(P=0.024).3.the comparation of microcirculatory blood perfusion units in YangLao ZhiZhen g XiaoHai JianZhen: each measuring point of skin microcirculation blood perfusion v olume control point meridian group after treatment, the observation of microcirculati on of skin is very significant difference(P<0.01),the Xiaohai JianZhen in Control gr oup have no significant change(P>0.05),other observation points are significant chan ge(P<0.05).4.after treatment, the total effective rate of the group was 90.90%,the total effe ctive rate of the control group was 79.41%,and the total effective rate of the two g roups was significantly different(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.electro spoon needle meridian and acupuncture treatment of cervical spondyloti c radiculopathy nerve root pain have significantly different, but electro spoon needle meridian group rate is better than the routine acupuncture group.2.the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis was affected by the degree of sensa tion of the meridians, and the more obvious the sensation was,the better the clinical curative effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy nerve root pain.3.the sensation along the meridians was accompanied with the increase of the b lood flow volume of the skin microcirculation, and this change had the following characteristics. |
