| Objectives: Based on study of Microscopic,physical and chemical,protein gel electrophoresis,HPLC fingerprints and other methods,the paper is expected to provide the basis for the identification of the Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.and its frost,and establish a multi-disciplinary comprehensive system of identification about them.Finally,it can provide scientific data for improving the quality standard of them.Methods: The micrographs were used to study the cross-cutting characteristics and powder characteristics of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.The TLC and protein gel electrophoresis were used to identify the Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.and its frost in different areas;HPLC was used to study the fingerprints of the different origin of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.and different batches of frost.Results: 1.The main feature of microscopic identification of wood turtle were studied systematically,including cross section and powder of herbs,which could be used as the basis for discrimination.2.The thin layer identification method of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.was established,and the TLC of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.in different areas,Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.and its frost were different.3.Different origin of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.,Silkyl Saponins3-O-β-D-Glucuronic Acid Methyl Ester content are in line with the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,which produced a higher content in Yunnan.After the medicine cream,the content increased.The seed of fresh young Momordica cochinchinensis has a low content,the peel and other parts do not contain the ingredients.4.Established a SDS-PAGE method on the Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.and its frost,and content of the protein,the protein map of them were different,which could be used as the basis for the identification of the them.,and the results showed that the source of the herbs had some influence on the species,distribution.5.The similarity of the fingerprints of the Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.in different areas is low,and the same origin is high.The results of cluster analysis showed that the samples in Sichuan and Guangxi were clustered into one class,which indicated that the chemical composition had a great influence on the different origin.But the similarity of different batches of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.cream was better.After the same source of herbs cream,the similarity becomes higher,indicating that the cream treatment had no significant effect on the main chemical constituents such as saponins.Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint and SDS-PAGE method of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.and its frost were established.The paper provideds scientific data for improving the quality standard of Momordica cochinchinensis(Lour.)Spr.,which laid the foundation for the establishment of the multidisciplinary identification technology system. |
