Clinical Observation On Treating The Compensatory Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis With Peituhuazheng Decoction And Entecavir

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of discrimination on the pure antiviral treatment(Entecavir)and Baraclude joint Peituhuazheng Decoction in the treatment of the compensatory hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,compare the difference effect between the two groups,and clear the advantages of the combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine,thus reveal the mechanism of anti-cirrhosis.Methods:Collecting 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of the compensatory hepatitis B cirrhosis,the control group(30 cases)was given Entecavir,while the test group(30 cases)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound Peituhuajia decoction based on the treatment of the control group.After a clinical study of 24 weeks,to observe and compare the changes of indexes before and after treatment such as the indicators of the efficacy of TCM clinical syndromes,liver function,HBV-DNA,four items of liver fibrosis,abdominal ultrasonography,Fibroscan and safety indicators.Results:The total effective rate of the test group was 80%,the control group was 56.7%,the test group was better than the control group in the total clinical curative effect(P<0.05).The test group was better than the control group in improving TCM clinical evidence candidate,liver function,liver fibrosis indexs,Fibroscan and the thickness of spleen,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But after the comparison treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)on improve the width of portal vein and HBV-DNA,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of the compensatory hepatitis B liver cirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine compound Peituhuajia decoction and Entecavir,has a significant curative effect and is much better than the single use of Entecavir,which can cause the liver cirrhosis has a certain degree of reversal,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
