Study On The Treatment Of Cirrhosis From HBeAg Negative Hepatitis In Compensatory Period By Ruangan Decoction With Entecavir

ObjectiveThis topic study that cure cirrhosis from HBeAg negative Hepatitis in compensatory period using entecavir combine with our department experience prescription — — RuanGan decoction.Applying a randomized controlled method,we observed clinical effects,and then discussed the advantages that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cirrhosis of the liver.MethodsAccording to the standard set to collect 60 patients with cirrhosis from HBeAg negative Hepatitis in compensatory period in shenzhen hospital liver disease outpatient and the inpatient,using randomization with patients voluntarily and contrast test method that can be divided into the treatment group and control group.Control group orals entecavir while the treatment group orals entecavir combined with RuanGan decoction.After 48 weeks treatment,we assessed the total effective rate.And after 12 weeks,24 weeks,48 weeks follow-up,we observed the changes and differences in platelets,A/G,HBV-DNA,Quantitative detection of HBsAg,Fibroscan liver hardness value and imaging examination(Portal vein internal diameter,the size of spleen(spleen long diameter× thickness).ResultsAfter 48 weeks follow-up,the result showed that clinical symptoms,the experimental group the total effective rate was 96.67%,VS the control group was 56.67%,which the experimental group clinical symptoms improved better than that of control group,compared two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01).The experimental group compared with control group within each group,two groups of patients after treatment for 12 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks,the TCM symptom integral,PLT,A/G,HBV-DNA,Quantitative detection ofHBsAg,liver hardness value,portal vein diameter,length to diameter,the size of spleen had an improved,which have significant difference(P < 0.01).The most importantly,there is significantly that the experimental group is better than the control group,which after 12 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks treatment,compared with the TCM symptom integral,PLT,A/G,HBV-DNA,Quantitative detection of HBsAg,liver hardness value,portal vein diameter,length to diameter,the size of spleen(spleen long diameter×thickness)in the control group(P < 0.01).Accordingly,traditional Chinese medicine combined entecavir active HBeAg negative liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B patients with compensatory phase in 48 weeks after treatment can significantly improve the illness,relative to the pure western medicine control group,has the advantage.ConclusionThis study proves that the treatment of cirrhosis from HBeAg negative Hepatitis in compensatory period by Chinese and western medicine combined with the traditional Chinese and western medicine is remarkable.Provisions of both the advantages of the two kinds of therapy can not only effectively control and even reverse cirrhosis of the liver disease,but eliminate or improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,lower levels of PLT,A/G,HBV-DNA,quantitative detection of HBsAg,and liver hardness value,as well as improve patients with hepatic portal vein diameter and length to diameter and thickness of spleen.There is curative effect,better than single therapy,and that is worthy in clinical use and promotion.
