Clinical Observation Of Fugan Xiaoji Decoction Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of Hepatitis B And Cirrhosis In Compensated Period

Objective:This subject observes the clinical application of Fugan Xiaoji Decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensated stage,and investigates the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medicine combined with Entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods: A non-randomized open clinical trial study was used to select 60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and divided into control group 30 cases and test group 30 cases.The control group was treated with 0.5mg of entecavir per day,and the test group was treated with one dose of Chinese herbal compound Fugan Xiaoji Decoction every day on this basis,1course of treatment for 24 weeks,and 2 courses of treatment for both groups.After the treatment,the curative effect indexes between the two groups and before and after the treatment were recorded,analyzed and compared: liver puncture histopathological examination Ishak score,abdominal color Doppler ultrasound,transient elastography(TE)liver stiffness measurement value(LSM value),liver Four items of fibrosis,TCM syndrome score,liver function,etc.and safety indicators: changes in electrocardiogram,renal function,alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),etc..Results:Traditional Chinese medicine compound Fugan Xiaoji Decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the compensatory stage is improving the scores of TCM syndromes,liver puncture histopathological examination Ishak score,liver color Doppler ultrasound semi-quantitative score,liver stiffness measurement value(LSM value),the four items of serum liver fibrosis,etc.are significantly better than the treatment with entecavir alone.Data analysis shows that the results are significantly different(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference in safety between the two.Conclusion:Chinese medicine compound Fugan Xiaoji Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis is better than entecavir alone,which can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and signs,and liver puncture histopathological examination,more colorful Four indicators such as Pule ultrasound semi-quantitative score,LSM value,and liver fibrosis have also been improved.Chinese herbal compound combined with entecavir treatment can increase the reversal rate of liver cirrhosis.
