| Objective:Now the lung cancer cases and deaths in china is constantly increasing,chemotherapy is the main treatment measures.The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen(FIB)in lung cancer have increased.Therefore this experiment mainly discusses the clinical characteristics with the levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen(FIB)in lung cancer patients,research the level changes of D-dimer and FIB pre-and postchemotherapy,investigate whether D-dimer and FIB can assess the effect of chemotherapy.Methods: Lung cancer were confirmed by cytology,and can be chemotherapy.Healthy people from the physical examination center of ***** hospital as control group.Befor a day of the first and third course of chemical drug treatment and healthy controls each take venous blood 3 ml,were placed in 20 minutes under room temperature.Then on the centrifuge centrifuge 20 minutes under the speed of 1000r/min.Select the upper plasma as the liquid for test.Hold the liquid with a container and take it in the frozen storage under 80℃ below zero.Using enzyme league immune assay(ELISA)to measure the level of D-dimer and FIB after the chemical treatment.Results:1.(1)Compared with control group,lung cancer patients plasma D-dimer,FIB concentrations were significantly higher,P < 0.05;(2)There was no statistical significance in D-dimer and FIB level among gender,age,pathological type,and clinical stage(P>0.05).2.(1)Lung cancer group is divided into PR(partial response),SD(stability),PD(progress)group.Compared the level of D-dimer before and after chemotherapy,PR group shows that plasma D-dimer concentrations after chemotherapy were significantly falling,P < 0.05;SD group shows that plasma D-dimer concentrations after chemotherapy were not significantly different,P>0.05;PD group shows that plasma D-dimer concentrations after chemotherapy were significantly higher,P < 0.05;(2)Compared the level of FIB before and after chemotherapy,PR group shows that plasma FIB concentrations after chemotherapy were significantly falling,P<0.05;SD group shows that plasma FIB concentrations after chemotherapy were not significantly different,P>0.05;PD group shows that plasma FIB concentrations after chemotherapy were significantly higher,P<0.05;Conclusion: 1.D-dimer and FIB concentration before chemotherapy significantly higher than that of normal healthy people,after 2 cycles of chemotherapy D-dimer,FIB concentration decreased.2.There was no statistical significance in D-dimer and FIB level among gender,age,pathological type,and clinical stage.3.After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the level of D-dimer,FIB in PR,SD group decreased,PR group decreased significantly,the level of D-dimer,FIB in PD group up markedly.4.The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen(FIB)in lung cancer patients before chemotherapy is negatively correlated with chemotherapy curative effect,the levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen(FIB)in lung cancer patients may be an index to judge the curative effect of chemotherapy. |
