| Objective:To compare the differences between infertility patients and normal women in the five-state personality test,the five-five constitution,the lifestyle of traditional Chinese and other related factors,and analyze the correlation of personality,life style and infertility in order to exploring the risk factors of infertility for the prevention and treatment of infertility.Methods:This study included some infertility women who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria as the experimental group,and the normal women who are normally fertile as the control group.They were coming from some hospitals,clinics,enterprises in Beijing.A total of 200 questionnaires which include "five-state personality test "" five-five constitution test","TCM lifestyle" were sent to the experimental group,and 194 questionnaires were collected,23 invalid questionnaires were removed,and the final 171 valid questionnaires were carried out,the efficiency was 85%.The control group were sent 100 questionnaires,98 questionnaires were collected,9 invalid questionnaires were removed,and the final 89 valid questionnaires were carried out,the efficiency was 89%.The independent data t test,chi-square test,variance analysis,partial correlation analysis and regression equation were used by SPSS22 to discuss the characteristics of personality and constitution and lifestyle,and analyze these relations between each other to explore the influencing factors of infertility.Results:1 From the scores of "five-state personality" compared between the experimental group and the control group,the scores of Taiyang,Taiyin in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other personality traits(P>0.05).2 The scores of the normal constitution in experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other physical scores(P>0.05).3 By comparison of lifestyles of TCM between the experimental group and the control group,this study found that those of the score of "temperate diet "," suitable addictions ","harmony state "were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).4 From the partial correlation analysis on personality and constitution of patients,Taiyang personality positively correlated with the normal constitution,Yang heat constitution(P<0.05),negatively correlated with the dampness constitution,arid constitution,qi deficiency constitution,blood deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution(P<0.05);Shaoyang personality positively correlated with the normal constitution,yang heat constitution and wind constitution(P<0.05),negatively correlated with the qi deficiency constitution,blood deficiency constitution,qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution(P<0.05);balanced yin and yang personality positively correlated with the normal constitution,wind constitution(P<0.05),negatively correlated with the yin cold constitution,dampness constitution,arid constitution,blood deficiency constitution,qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution(P<0.05);Shaoyin personality was no significant related with other all constitutions(P>0.05);Taiyin personality was negatively correlated with normal constitution(P>0.05),positively correlated with the dampness constitution,phlegm constitution,arid constitution,qi deficiency and blood stasis constitution(P<0.05).5 From the partial correlation analysis on personality and lifestyles,Taiyang personality was negatively correlated with "balanced taste "(P<0.05),positively correlated with "mild emotion"(P<0.001);Shaoyang personality was positively correlated with "balanced taste","cereal oriented","mild emotion"(P<0.05);balanced yin and yang personality was positively correlated with "balanced taste ","mild emotion"(P<0.05);Shaoyin personality was negatively correlated with "suitable addictions"(P<0.05);Taiyin was negatively correlated with "cereal oriented","suitable addictions","mild emotion","harmony state "(P<0.05).6 From the partial correlation analysis on constitution and lifestyles,normal constitution was positively correlated with "cereal oriented","suitable addictions","mild emotion","harmony state "(P<0.05);yang heat constitution was positively correlated with "cereal oriented","harmony state"(P<0.05),negatively correlated with "timely rest"(P<0.05);yin cold constitution was positively correlated with "mild emotion";yang deficiency constitution was negatively correlated with "timely rest","mild emotion"(P<0.05);yin deficiency constitution was negatively correlated with "reasonable diet","cereal oriented",mild emotion "(P<0.05);dampness constitution was negatively correlated with "little addiction","mild emotion"(P<0.05);wind constitution was positively correlated with "cereal oriented","normal rest ","mild emotion"(P<0.05);arid constitution was negatively correlated with "reasonable diet","cereal oriented ","normal rest,"little addiction","mild emotion"(P<0.05);qi deficiency constitution,blood deficiency constitution,qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution was negatively correlated with " mild emotion "(P<0.05).7 Single factors on demographic data,personality,constitution and lifestyle were analyzed by binary logistic regression.The significant factors were included in multivariate analysis,which can make the regression equation:Y(infertility)=0.151-0.447X(occupation type)+ 0.067X(marriage age)+ 0.249X(abortion)+ 1.805X(menstruation)+ 0.067X(Taiyang personality)-0.060X(Shaoyin personality)-1.183X(reasonable diet)-0.355X(harmony state)Conclusion:By the analysis on the five-state personality test,the five-five constitution,lifestyle of Traditional Chinese Medicine between infertility patients and normal women,the following conclusions are illustrated as follows:1 The personality traits of the patients with infertility in the five-state personality are typed on the Taiyang constitution and Taiyin constitution,imbalance between yin and yang is apparent,and the emotion is relatively unstable.Normal constitution in five-five constitution of patients with infertility is less than normal women,most of them are biased constitution.Patients with infertility should pay much attention on lifestyle,balanced diet,mild emotion and scientific health holding ways.2 By analyzing the relationship among personality,constitution and life style of patients with infertility and constitution,they are existed with significant correlation.the unity of the body and thought should be achieved.3 By the establishment of binary logistic regression,it can be seen that occupation type,Shaoyin personality,reasonable diet and harmony state can be the protective factors for infertility;age of marriage,frequency of abortion,menstruation,Taiyin personality may be risk factors. |
