C1inicall Study On The Treatment Of Primarydysmenorrhea By Sensory By Stmulation

OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of electric Di-needle with propagated sensation along channel for the treatment of frozen shoulder by comparing with the conventional acupuncture group.And providing theoretical basis for improving the clinical curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea.and to explore the relationship between PSC and the skin microcirculation perfusion by using Laser Speekle FlowgraphyMethods: Sixty-five patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected and 62 cases were observed.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each of31 cases.One menstrual cycle represents one treatment course,a total of 3 courses lasted.To record the data like scores of pain levels,symptom score,and the skin microcirculation perfusion and so on.To observe the curative effect and characteristics of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and the relationship between PSC and the skin microcirculation perfusion by analyzing the research date of the two groups before and after the treatment,and to provide the basis and theory for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Results:1.VAS pain score comparison: before and after treatment of the two groups VAS score comparison results show(p <0.05)the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group(p <0.05)was statistically significant.2.The comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom score :the symptom score of both grops shows a dramatic deline after treatment,comparing to the condition before treatment the difference has statistical significance.The difference of comparison between treatment group and controlled group after treatment also has statistical significance.3.Curative effect comparison:it shows the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05).in both total effective rate and markedly effective rate4.The skin microcirculation perfusion comparison: the date change of the observed and controlled points of both groups has no statistically significance before treatment(P >0.05),after 3 courses treatments,the data of the observed points from treatment group comparing to the condition before treatment shows great statistical significance,but the result show the other way round when it comes to controlled points comparing to data collected before treatment.The date of controled and observed points in controlled group comparing to the condition before treatment shows no statistical significance,except for the observed point Xue Hai(p< 0.05).the difference of the data from two groups after the treatment shows statistical significance(p <0.05).5.The efftct of propagated sensation:.There was significant difference comparing the levelⅡ、and levelⅠ(P <0.05)in total effective rate and markedly effective rate.conclusion:1.Both treatment group and controlled group can prove the condition of primary dysmenorrhea but the method of combining electric Di-needle with conventional acupuncture treatment has better clinical effect.2.The levels of propagated sensation affect the curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea treatment,and the higher levels the propagated sensation is the better the clinical effect will be.3.Propagated sensation comes with the increase of the skin microcirculation perfusion of the point on the meridian.and this change has a traceability.
